Laying of one number of 63mm Dia (outer dia) size of Double Wall Corrugated high density polyethylene pipe (DWC-HDPE) for protection of 1.1KV grade under ground cable direct in ground at a depth of 80 cm Including excavation and refilling the trench and jointing the pipes etc., as required.

Laying of one number of 63 mm Dia (outer dia) size of Double Wall Corrugated high density polyethylene pipe (DWC-HDPE) for protection of 1.1KV grade under ground cable direct in ground at a depth of 80 cm in the same trench in one tier horizontal formation including excavation and refilling the trench and jointing the pipes etc., as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe/HDPE Pipe/Culvert/RCC Trenches/ Cable Trays etc. as required. Up to 35 Sq.mm

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface etc. as required. Up to 35 Sq.mm

Supplying and making straight through joint with heat shrinkable kit including ferrules and other jointing materials for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminum conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 3.5CX25 Sq.mm

Supplying and making end termination with heavy duty type brass single compression gland and aluminum lugs for following size of XLPE insulated aluminum conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required. 3.5CX25 Sq.mm

Supplying and laying of following size 50 mm dia medium class GI pipe (ISI marked) along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc..direct in ground (80 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench after laying but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

Excavation of existing Bituminous/ Concrete road to facilitate laying of GI pipe including disposal of material within 50 mtrs lead and providing & laying in position 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 Coarse sand : 4 Graded stone aggregated of 20 mm nominal size all works up to plinth level to fill up the excavated trenches after laying of the GI pipe complete etc. as required.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 6 KVA ON Line UPS Single phase incoming & Single phase outgoing having IGBT rectifier & inverter, harmonics < 5 %, relay card, necessary software, battery back up of 15 minutes including maintenance free batteries, interconnecting cables, battery stand etc. complete as required as per technical specification.

Supplying and fixing following way. sheet steel, SPN MCB Distribution Board, 230 volts, on surface/recess, complete with terminal blocks, neutral bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, blanking plates, phosphatized and powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/ RCCB/isolator). 2+4 way , SPN Double door type , IP 43
