Item No 01:- Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth for foundation etc or for laying cable etc. or for shafts, wells cesspits manholes pier holes etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m depth in soft /loose soil etc complete all as specified and directed

Item No 3 :- Returning, filing in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soil etc complete all as specified and directed

Item No 04 : Removal of excavated materials not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting points etc complete all as specified and directed

Item No 05 : M&L clean dry river sand in trenches/ducts for cushioning to cable, 8 cm in depth before laying the cable and 15 cm in depth after laying the cable complete all as specified.

Item No 06 : Supplying and laying unreinforced precast cement concrete cable covers factory, Class HV, Type-1, Flat factory made conforming to IS, size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm in trenches for cable protection, embossed with "HT ELECTRIC" on the top surface complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Item No 07 : M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 08 : M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, copings, bed plate, plinth courses, roof kerbs or mud stops rounded or chamfered on edges including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 9 - S&F Cable route indicator / Marker made up of PCC Block in cement mortar 1:3:6 (20 mm graded aggregrate) of size 900mm x 300mm x 100 mm thick with "DANGER / 11 KV CABLE / MES or DANGER / 11 KV HT JOINT / MES" embossing on cable route Indicator / Marker including painting as per approved colour and buried in ground 45 Cms including necessary earth work (as required / ordered at site) complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No 10 :- Supply and fixing GI pipe light grade of size 100 mm dia with all fittings for passing of cables fixed to pole / wall / laid under floor or roads including all fixing accessories complete for protection of cable all as specified & directed.

Item No 11 : - S&F Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150mm height, 150mm dia for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed..

Item No 12 : - S&F disc type insulator, porcelain vitreous, 145 mm high and 255 mm dia, ball & socket type, brown Two-in-series assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors working pressure 11 KV complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 13 : - M&L for XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded,galvanised steel strip or wire armoured,electric power cables (Earthed) (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts, grade cross sectional area 95 sq. mm 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 14 : - M&L for Cable jointing kit 11 KV grade cable for out door termination cold shrinkable type joint conforming to IS complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable50 to 95 sqmm all as specified and directed.

Item No 15 : - Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11KV grade cable for straight through cold shrinkable type joint conforming to IS complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured AL conductor cable of size 50 sq mm to 95 sq mm, indoor / outdoor type complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 16 : - S&F cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one prime coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 17 : - Supply, stringing and fixing of aluminium conductor steel re-inforced (ACSR ) including binding and with suitable size of binding wire , connectors , clamps ,etc complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 18 :- S&F danger Notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet vitreous enamelled white with letters, figures & conventional skull & bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts & nuts of approved size of for HT 250 x 200 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 19 : Supplying, instalation and erection in true vertical position steel tubular swaged welded pole for porvision of 4 pole structure complete with MS base plate 6mm thick and of size 300 x 300 mm, final taper, pole cap, bolts, nuts wahers & screws etc. pole made out of ERW M.S. tubing conforming to IS- 2713 part-II type 410 SP-55 (11 metre long) including of holes of reqd Nos and size for fixing of cross arms, painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint for exposed surfaces and two coats of black bituminous paint for portion embedded in concrete, painting with synthetic enamel Paint (First Grade/quality) black & yellow colour at lower portion of exposed pole starting from plinth block band of 1200 mm height ( 4 Nos each Strip of 150 mm width), painting pole No by the black paint by stenciled letters/ figures of 8 cm height complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Item No 21:- S&F anticlimbing devices spikes type fabricated out of MS bars(round, square & flat) including nuts, bolts, washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 22 - Supplying installing, fixing, commissioning and testing of Air break gang operated triple pole switch out door type of capacity 200 Amps AC mechanically operated mounted on polymer based insulators and steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level and including provn of polymer based Drop-out fuse set (set of 03 Nos), mounted on insulators with steel frame with expulsion fuse carriers and fuse element upto 25 Amp complete with locking arrangements, pad locks with key suitable for 11KV, HT, 50 Hz complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 23 :- Supply and fix Lightening arrestor non linear resistor type conforming to IS 3070 (Part-1) 1933 complete, line discharge class-3, nominal discharge current 65 KA (Peak), 12 KV rated system, voltage peak value high current implus of 4/10 micro sec wave shape 100 KA (peak) assembly suitable for 11KV, long duration descharge class-II with insulation level 28/75 KV and mounted on hot dip galvanized steel structure including all clamps, nuts bolts and washers and connecting to earth with 4 mm dia GI wire complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 24 :- Supply, installation, connection, testing and commissioning of outdoor type 11 KV SF6 insulated, 3 Phase, 50 Hz, 630 Amps, rupturing capacity upto 250 MVA, extensible outdoor fixed type (IP54), RMU (Ring maint unit) 5 Nos (comprising 02 Nos incommer, 02 Nos out going & 01 No bus coupler) motar operated vacuum circuit Breaker having digital type overload and earthfault protection, ammeter, voltmeter, inside robotically/ manually/ TIG welded stainless steel 304 (Non ferrite Non Magnetic Grade) tank having minimum thickness 2.5+0.5 mm having IP 67 Degree of protection. RMU should be provided with internal busbars, as well as earthing.. Busbars should be of copper, padlock provisions & complete with all accessories. the RMU shall be type tested for internal arctest of not less than 21 KA/1 sec as per IEC62271-200. RMU shall be equipped with site replaceable bushing, The earthing busbar shall be provided inside each cable compartment for solid earthing of cable shields. The outer enclosure main door should cover entire part of the switchgear including front cover and cable doors for providing complete IP 54 protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Note:- (i) RMU will be installed on suitable PCC foundation as per manufactures GA drawing. (ii) Cost of PCC /Earth work deemed to be included in the rate quoted complete all as specified and as directed. (iii) Design, drawing of RMU to be submitted by the contractor for approval from the accepting officer before manufacturing. The unit shall include the following with all necessary standard fittings as required at site. (a) Vacuum circutit Breaker module should consist of following accessories: (i) 630 Amps Vacuum Breaker module for making and breaking of fault current alongwith Earth Switch of full making capacity. VCB should be capable to bear 40 dead short circuit operation. (ii) Short time current - not less than 21 KA 1 Sec (iii) Making Capacity 50 KA (iv) Auxiliary contacts - 1NO + 1NC (v) Power frequency withstand voltage = 28 KV (vi) Impulse withstand voltage - 75Kv (vii) Nominal operating gas pressure - 1.3 (minimum) Bar abs. (viii) front cover mechanism - IP 2X (ix) Stored Energy mechanism for Motor operation - 24VDC (xi) Cable box for front termination fo the cable suitable upto 3 core 95 Sqmm, 11 KV XLPE cable

(xii) Right angle boots (push on type) (xiii) Self Powered Microprocessor based Relay (3 O/C & E/F) with standard settings (xiv) Digital Multifunction meter (A,V, KW, KVA, F, PF) with RS 485 port type Rishabh site measure (xv) Suitable site replaceable Cable bushings (xvi) Arc proof cable covers with self interlocking mechanism between doors, earth switch, disconnector & VCB (xvii) Capacitive voltage indication fixed type system (xviii) Mechanical indications for breaker ON, OFF, Earth, TRIP, Spring Charged-Discharged. (b) Bus Connected PT Unit-1 No. for Metering consisting of following :- (i) Type M: Air Insulated metering module 12KV, 630A, not less than 21KA for 1sec. - 3 Voltage Transformers of he ratio 11KV/√3 / 110 V√3, 50VA, Class 1.0 with HT fuses on primary side and MCB on secondary side. (ii)-Microprocessor based IDMT (50, 50N, 51, 51N) relayfor overcurrent, short circuit and earth fault protection. (iii) - 1 LED lllumination. (iv) - 1 Space Heater with thermostat. (v) - Each RYB phase indications for 2 incoming and 1 out going.

(vi) - 1 Cable support bus bars, standard for 3 way unit. (vii) - 1 Set Bushings for external busbar connection along with Busbar cover & Sleeved busbars for coupling. (viii) 2x 12 Volts Battery with battery charger with suitable burden for motor operation. Input 230 V AC & Output 24 V DC. (c) Capacitive voltage indication fixed type VPIS 9-15 KV (d) Necessary interlocking arrangement for safety and operations (e) One No. Operation Handle for Manual Operation (f) One No. Manometer. (g) Safety Interlocks Shall be provided as per relevant IEC/IS Standards and Manufacturers directions. (h) Above switchgear shall confirm to all relevant IEC/IS Standards. (j) Manual operation of Vacuum Circuit Breaker should be possible without dismantling the motor RMU. The motor should be fitted in such a way that it should not be outside front covers of RMU.

(k) Coupling of RMU and Metering module should be with the help of Bolted type arrangement, so that the coupling at site shall be easy. Plug-in type bushing shall not be acceptable. (l) All cable bushing should be replaceable type. (m) Module should be accommodated as per manufacture's design. (n)RMU cable box shall be front accessible type to have easy access to protection and metering CTs. Vacuum Interupter should be of same make. Cable box should be arc proof with bolted door and interlocked with respective earthing switches. Doors should be removable for the ease access to terminate cables. Note:- (i) The contractor will be submitted the NABL Accredited lab test reports of the RMU's in original and the same shall be produced well before claiming RAR payment of the RMU. (ii) Pre-despatch inspection shall be carried out by Rep of Accepting Officer. All arrangement for the same shall be arranged by the contractor & shall be considered within quoted rates.

Item No 25 :- M & L for loose filling with aggregate of size 40 mm graded of 20 cm thickness around at 4 pole / 2 pole HT structure complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No 26 : M&L Brick work using old size bricks with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 27 : - M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar1:6 finished even and smooth without using-extra cement water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 28 : - Meterial and labour for boring hole under the road/ pavment/hard standing with the help of trenchless technology using ultra soud technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure not less than one metre bolow ground level complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in Charge at site. Note: The cost of HDPE pipe shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Item No. 29 :- M & L Rough excavation not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out in for road crossings /hard standing complete all as specified and directed

Item No. 30 :- S&F Galvanised iron strip of size 32 mm x 6 mm for earth contunity conductor complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 31 :- Dismantling / Taking down existing overhead line discription complete all as specified and as directed

Item No. 32 :- Dismantling / Taking down Pin insulator, 11000 volts of any description complete all as specified and as directed

Item No. 39 :- M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 32 x 6 mm as earthing lead by mean of nut/bolt and washer ofgalvanized iron or steel drawn through 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe as shown in electrical plate no 3 of SSR part-I of 2009 including necessary excavation and earth work GI pipe 20 mm dia medium grade for watering PCC chamber with PCC cover in cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B1 (20mm graded aggregate), funnel, wire mesh, charcoal dust, salt etc, connected to panel board/Gen set as indicated including testing complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Earth protection pipe & earthing strip upto and including 7.5 m length shall be deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by the contractor.
