Providing GI powder coated trafford sheets 0.50mm or nearest available thick with GI bolts and nuts plate washers and bitumin washers, M seal and 150mm overlap at ends including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc.complete

Providing 200mm or nearest available size PVC gutter square type with necessary clamps, bolts, nuts and specials such as nozzles sockets stoppers etc. including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete as per the instructions of the dept. officers

Plastering with C.M.1:3, 12mm thick with neat cement flushing coat with thread line wherever necessary with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete

Providing 12 mm cement plaster of 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge

Finishing walls with two or more coat Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade in New work (applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Finishing with Epoxy paint two or more coats on steel work at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturers specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Providing and fixing 110mm (4") PVC pipe (4kg/cm2) best quality Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) pipes, including all PVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step PVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. Internal work - Exposed on wall

Providing and fixing 4mm or nearest thick Aluminium composite panel (ACP) two side finish board in paneling fixed in aluminium doors, windows shutters and partitions frames with CP. brass/stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium box section (not less than 0.299kg/m) frame work for ceiling, including hanging in RCC slab or truss with aluminium sections at suitable intervals, fixed to wall with steel screws on nylon sleeves etc. including cost and conveyance of all platform scaffolding for required height wherever necessary, materials and labour charges etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roofs of slabs by applying cement based two component polymer modified water proofing slurry coating (SIKA TOP seal or equivalent) after cleaning the surface free from scale,rust, grease, oil etc. preparing the surface to be true and flat and saturated mixing the liquid (A) and powder (B) components in the ratio 1:4 by weight,applying in two coats with an interval of 2 to 6 hours for hardening in between and finally finished by rubbing down with a soft, dry sponge including protecting the applied surface from direct sunlight and strong wind and curing by gunny bags or polythene sheeting upto 5 days etc. complete

Chipping and removing the damaged portion of R CC beams columns slabs etc. carefully without damaging the existing structure including removing the debries scrapping with emery paper/wire brush for removing the rusted portion from the reinforcement apply one coat of adhesive epoxy resine such as NETTO BOND EP including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc. complete.
