Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes (22.4-53mm) to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density. WBM Gradeing-3 as per Technical Specification Clause 404 (Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen (VG-10) using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Air compresser as per Technical Specification Clause 503..(Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm -11.2 mm aggregates using penetration grade bitumen VG-10 to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant,laying and rolling with three wheel static roller 80-100 KN capacity ,finished to required level and grades to be follwed by seal coat of Type -C as per Technical Specification Clause 508.(Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510(Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)
