Site rehabilitation - the Contractor will rehabilitate all Project Areas and landscapes disturbed by the works, to their original condition where possible upon completion of construction and prior to the provisional acceptance of the works. Close collaboration with all statutory stakeholders will be conducted in cooperation with the Employer during the reinstatement. This will include all temporarily acquired sites including borrow areas, quarry areas, camp site, storage areas, diversions, etc.

Bill No.16- Provisional Sum - Utility shifting - Shifting of obstructing utilities towards existing RoW (as per the details available from KSTP) for the approx. value of INR 3,63,67,797/- (excl. GST). The works shall be carried out as per the approved estimate by the utility agencies, in close coordination with utility agency and as per precaution / conditions stipulated by the agency all complete as per Technical Specification of bid document and utility agencies.
