Demolition above G.L.upto floor two level including disposal of unserviceable materials within 20 metres un-reinforced cement concrete upto 15cm. Thickness. lead. and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, GST, Toll Tax, Sales tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Brick work using Second class common burnt clay buildings bricks in foundation and plinth with cement mortar 1:6 (one cement isto six sand) and curing complete including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental, and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, GST, Toll Tax Sales tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government. B26:C27

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm (Three point one five millimeters)thick, welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm (Thirty into Thirty into Five millimeters) so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering strutting and propping etcetera, with wooden battens and ballies for all heights/depths, height of propping and centering in all heights below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in beams cantilevers, girders and lintels, sides and soffits of beams, beam haunchings, cantilevers, bressumers and lintels upto any depth/heights, up to all floor level and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage materials of within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate including, Octroi, Toll Tax, Sales tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain cement concrete Grade-M20 (M-Twenty) Nominal mix 1:2:4 (one cement isto two sand isto four graded crushed stone aggregate (40mm) forty millimeter nominal size) in or under water in open foundation for all types of structure and the like in Catchpit flooring etcetera, including cost of form work and curing complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 and as per the direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, including pumping or bailing out water/dewatering (surface and sub-soil water) and removal of the slush which may arise at the time of laying under water for all heights/depths and any quantum of water complete including carriage of materials up to all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rates including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, Toll tax, Sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mild/Tor steel reinforcement for Reinforced Cement Concrete work including bending, binding and placing in position complete including cost of binding wire and other incidentals due for its completion up to all floor level complete as per HPPWD specifications or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate inclusive of Octroi, Toll Tax Sales tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

15mm (fifteen millimeter) thick cement plaster with cement mortar 1:6 (one cement isto six sand) in single coat on rough side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto all floor levels, including arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles, in all girth and finished even and smooth complete as per HPPWD specifications or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate inclusive of Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, Toll Tax Sales tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

15mm (fifteen millimeter) thick cement plaster with cement mortar 1:6 (one cement isto six sand) in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto all floor levels, including arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles, in all girth and finished even and smooth complete as per HPPWD specifications or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate inclusive of Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, Toll Tax Sales tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Distempering (two or more coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture (Nerolac/Asian or equivalent make) and of required shade on un-decorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper, primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth and carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate is inclusive of Royality, Malkana, Octroi, Toll Tax ,GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing woodwork in frames of doors, windows, clerestory, windows and other frames wrought, framed and fixed in position 2nd class deodar wood complete as per HPPWD specifications or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate inclusive of Octroi, Toll Tax Sales tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 38mm (Thirty eight millimetre) thick second class Kail wood panelled glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory window including bright finished/black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws etcetera complete as per HPPWD specifications or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, Toll Tax, Sale Tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Painting two or more coats (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surfaces with enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture (Narolac/Asian paints or its equivalent) and of approved shade to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter complete as per HPPWD specifications or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate is inclusive of Royality, Malkana, Octroi, Toll Tax ,GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.
