Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The bid document contain the detailed scope of work, the qualification and experience of the proposed Resident Engineer, details of facilities to provide back-end-support for servicing of Desktops, Printers, LAN related switches and any other accessories related to IT.

The technically qualified Bidders/Service Providers will have to give the presentation before the Technical Officers of KS&DL, regarding - Understanding of KS&DL requirement and technical support proposed to be provided by the Bidder.

The Service Provider has to enter into a Service Level Agreement with KS&DL for providing the above services. The services will be initially reviewed for three months and will be extended for a period of one year, if the performance is satisfactory.

The selected Service Provider has to indicate in their offer about the replacement for the Resident Engineer, in case the Resident applies Leave or left the Company.

The Service Provider has to indicate the details of contact person to be contacted in case of urgent additional support requirement/breakdown of systems in the Company.

Technical presentation before the Technical Officers of KS&DL date will be informed after opening of Technical bid

The tenderer(s) should not indicate the price in the technical bid. In case an indication of the price quoted is included in the technical bid, the quotation shall be rejected without any reference to the tenderer(s). No correspondence shall be entertained in this regard.

Technical Bid should be filled and uploaded in company letterhead with seal and sign or else the tenderer will be liable to rejection

KS&DL reserves the right to cancel / alter / modify / reject any / all tender without offering any explanation to anyone.

The Successful bidder has to supply the man power as per the requirement laid down in the tender notification of KS&DL otherwise, the company will take the following actions: a. Cancel the Work Order. b. The said company will be blacklisted and removed their name in our Tender list. c. Criminal case will be filed against the said bidder for breach of trust. d. Forfeiting the EMD amount, Security Deposit and in addition to the same invoke the Bank Guarantee executed by the bidder. e. The company will going to publish the defaulter name in the leading newspaper duly informed that the said company has been blacklisted for the reasons mentioned above.
