Rectification works at chilled water pipeline at the open terrace of Administrative Block of KLC after dismantling the damaged portion of insulation etc complete including all taxes except GST
Dismantling and removing the old damaged portion of chilled water pipe insulation (In the terrace of Administrative Block of C and E ) material and disposing the waste materials away from the 150m from the site as per the direction of the Departmental officers at site.
Scrapping, cleaning and painting with one coat anti corrosive bitumen primer over the cleaned surface of the pipes including cost of materials , labour etc complete as per the direction of the Departmental officers at site
Providing new insulation coating to the 350mm chilled water pipeline covered with 50 mm thick high density EPS (Expanded Poly Styrene) section by pasting with bitumen compound and covered the section with 500g polythene sheet tied with chiken wire mesh including cost of materials, labour etc complete as per the direction of the Departmental officers at site
Providing new insulation coating to the 250mm chilled water pipeline covered with 50 mm thick high density EPS (Expanded Poly Styrene) section by pasting with bitumen compound and covered the section with 500g polythene sheet tied with chiken wire mesh including cost of materials, labour etc complete as per the direction of the Departmental officers at site

Shifting,loading,unloading and desposing the dismantled waste material from KLC campus to 25 Km away including all lead and lifts etc ,Tipper conveyance charges etc complete.
