The cost quoted by the bidder for all the hardware should include 1 years warranty (to be recoded at OTC column). c. In the case of additional requirements desired by the Nigam in any category of said system over and above the quantity for which the Purchase Order is placed with a particular vendor then the maximum quantity which the Nigam can order would be as per RTPP rules. There will be no escalation in prices during the contract period. d. All Deliverables to be supplied as per RFP requirements provided in the tender e. The Service Charges need to include all services and other requirement as mentioned in the RFP f. Total cost of Part A in financial bid will be calculated for the purpose of declaring L1 bidder g. The vendor has to make sure all the arithmetical calculations are accurate. Nigam will not be held responsible for any incorrect calculation show ever for the purpose of calculation nigam will take the corrected figures / cost. h. All prices to be in Indian Rupee (INR) only. Nigam will deduct applicable TDS, if any, as per the law of the land. i. Prices quoted by the Vendor should be inclusive of all taxes, duties, levies etc. including GST. GST will not be paid extra. j. All Quoted Financial Values should comprise of values only upto 2 decimal places. Nigam for evaluation purpose will consider values only upto 2 decimal places for all calculations & ignore all figures beyond 2 decimal places. k. Financial quote signed is final. | |||||
