Operation and Maintenance of Electrical, Air Conditioner, DG Sets, Transformer and Water Supply System installed at Technical and Non technical Area at CMSDS, Baruipur

SUB HEAD-I : MANPOWER (FY 2026-27) (BoQ1)

OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF ELECTRICAL, AIR CONDITIONER, DG SETS, TRANSFORMER AND WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM INSTALLED AT TECHNICAL AND NON-TECHNICAL AREA AT CMSDS, BARUIPUR (FY 2026-27). Manpower will be provided as given below :- (i) Site Supervisor/ Fire Fighting (Highly Skilled) - 01 (ii) DG Set Operator (Skilled) - 02 (iii) Plumber / Pump Operator - 02 (iv) Electrician / AC Technician (Skilled) - 04 (v) Helper (Un Skilled) - 10 Note:- (i) The contractor shall pay to the employees as per wages revised by the Chief Labour Commissioner, Govt of India, Ministry of Labour, from time to time and contract value will be amended accordingly. (ii) Cost of Consumables / Spare Parts / replacement of items (whenever required) will be paid along with the monthly maintenance bill on production of GST bills / Challan bills duly accounting a profit of 10% (Ten Percent) over the purchase bills.
