Surface excavation not Exc 30 Cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated soil to a distance exc 250 metre but not ec 500metre and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Broken stone or boulders hard core of gauge not exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layer not Exc 15 Cm thick watered & rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm crushed stone aggregates as in foundation filling and mass concrete or sub base of floor etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone as in hard standing / path including spike rolling or making impression of expended metals while the concreate is green complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Forming construction joint 30 mm deep x 10 mm wide and filled with sealing compound grade A complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 cum and getting out returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers watering & removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m & making good surface in hard dence of soil complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel work as in Hand rails, half round or other steel section for core or wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors. Balusters etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing galvanised chain link fencing, of size 4mm dia and mesh size 75 x75 mm to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild Steel screw bolts 5 to 10 mm dia (machine made ) with hexagonal or squre head at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or squre nuts exc 10 cm but n exc 15 cm long complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel framed work such as grills, grating etc with end of bars shouldered and/ or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railing framed work of water tanks and similar work for portions framed and hung as gates including pintle hinges, stops hand made sliding bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of red oxide primer complete all specified and directed.

Supply and laying 20 to 12.5 mm graded coarse stone aggregale, Over rammed and consolidated earth complete all as specified.and directed

Demolition of old brick work or stone masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Walling of random, rubble, stone masonary brought upto courses, well bonded bedded and soilidly hearted and built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The PCC bond stones as use in random, rubble, stone masonary shall be mesured and paid serpartily under recepective item of BOQ.

All as per Ser item No 16 above, but exc stone complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble masonry, uncoursed or brought upto courses in CM 1:4 complete all as specfied and directed.

M&L for Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stone with max depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface not exc 40mm and dressing of face and joints as specified of random rubble walling uncoursed or brought upto coursed or lime or sand stone complete all as specfied and directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub class B bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radious built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walling built in CM including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M&L for RCC M -25 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in slab supported on walls beams and columns in floor, roof, landing and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in surface channel and drain complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner grith in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mi-tred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed

All as per Ser item No 25 above, but add or deduct for each 25mm girth or part thereof over or under 30 cm. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking , bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Precast RCC 1:2:4 Type B-1( using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate} as in cover slabs for manhole etc, set and jointed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Reinforcement steel shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of this BOQ)

M&L for Use & waste of form work to soffits of suspended slab such as roof slab, floor slab, landing and similar work not exceeding 200mm thick for rough finish surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 40mm crushed graded stone aggregrate Cast in situ with an including use and waste of form work complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down fan, ceiling fan, cable end, dismantling blades including regulator and removing fan and blades to MES store yard of AGE E/M, acomplete all as specified and directed.

S&F for ceiling fan 1400 mm sweep, 230 volts 50 Hz, energy saving model five star rating / brushless direct current (BLDC) phase, copper wound motor, pearl white in colour including electronic type fan regulator complete with blade, down rod , canopy and connected with ceiling rose etc complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Havells modal No, Effocoemcoa Neo or equivalent, Usha , Crompton as approved by GE.

S&F for ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep, 230 volts 50 Hz, energy saving model five star rating / brushless direct current (BLDC) phase, copper wound motor, pearl white in colour including electronic type fan regulator complete with blade, down rod , canopy and connected with ceiling rose etc complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Havells modal No, Effocoemcoa Neo or equivalent, Usha , Crompton as approved by GE.

S&F of metal body exhaust fan 300 mm sweep, 900 rpm 230 volts 5h Hz, energy saving model single phase copper wound motor, grey in colour complete with blade, box type louvers etc complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Turbojet SP of Havels or other equivalent makes from Bajaj/Usha Crompton as approved by GE.

M&L for point wiring with PVC insulated and unsheathed electric cable 1100 volts grade single core FRLS having multi stranded copper conductor of 1.5 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area drawn in and including concealed non metallic rigid PVC conduit not less than 20 mm dia with all fitting and fixing accessories and 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable FRLS as continuous earth conductor, connected to earth dolly by providing suitable lugs with & including pressed steel sunken terminal boxes 1.6mm thick, 60mm deep of required size factory made for mounting switch, regulators etc with and including 3mm thick plastic hylam laminated sheet cover (white) ISI marked, fixed with brass screws and cup washers duly painted with two coats of anti corrosive paint/black bituminous paint outside and two coats of aluminium paint inside for mounting switches, sockets etc complete for onelight point/ fan point /exhaust point controlled by one number one way switch:complete all as specified and directed. - Note:- (i) The quoted rates shall be deemed to be inclusive for cutting chases in wall/pillars/columns etc. of any description for concealing the conduits to required depth & making good the disturbed surface in cement mortar 1:4 including finishing the surface to match with the existing surface. The portion of point wiring at ceiling shall be in surface conduit of suitable size fixed on ceiling surface with using PVC rawl plugs. (ii) Point wiring & earth wire shall be connected to each & every sunken box. (iii) All screws, fasteners, bolts, nuts & washer shall be cadmium plated & the cost of which is deemed to be included in the quoted unit rates.
