Flooring with vitrified polished floor tiles (598 x 598 x 8 mm) of 1st quality, set over base coat of CM (1:8), 12 mm thick including neat cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.3.kgs per sqm & jointed neatly with white cement paste to full depth mixed with pigment of matching shade, including cost of all materials etc., complete for finished item of work. Providing impervious coat to RCC roof slab surface with CM(1:3), 20mm thick with 1kg of water proof compound per bag of cement laid over roof when it is green including cost of all materials, all operational, incidental and labour charges for mixing mortar, laying, rendering smooth and thread lining, curing, rounding off junctions of wall and slab etc., complete for finished item of work.
