M&L for applying PME (Polymer Modified Emulsion) for flexible runway pavement for medium consumption @0.91 to 1.5 Liters per sqm in two coats (1st coat applied with 60% to 70% and 2nd coat with 40% to 30% of material, After each coat surface to clear for 4 to 6 hours) The work shall be carried out using mechanical sparying machine by skilled, qualified and authorised applicator for uniform application to maintain quality performance of finished surface. PME must have penetration value of 10-20mm and initial setting time of four to five hours but not more than eight hours post application complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Application: The work shall be carried out using mechnaical spraying machine by skilled, qualified and authorised applicator. Certificate to be submitted and prior approval to be obtained. Storage and Handling: PME storage and handling temp shall be between 10 to 50 degree and should be protected from freezing. Water to be used should be potable free from salts and chemicals. Cleaning surfaces: Surface to be treated shall be dry, clean and dirt free and durable, Surface of runway shall be cleaned with wirebrush where the application is to be applied. The must mud or loose aggregate to be removed off the premises. Preparation of PME: Arrangement of mobile storage tank for running over runway with mechanical mixing arrangement with water and equal quality of PMPE (1:1) for spraying and stirring well prior to application with compressor machine for uniform spray is to be made by contractor complete all as specified and directed. Warranty: Two years warranty of material performance and application performance to be obtained from the authorised manufacturer for PME. M & L for repairs to runway cracks by using ' RUNPHALT' bitumen tubing/rope for filling of cracks on runway width 5mm to 7mm with the help of screw driver pushing it inside cracks then apply direct flame 20-30 second through torch method complete as per manufacturer instruction and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make- M/s Srijan System pvt ltd or euivalent as approved by GE.

M&L for painting lines/ dashes, arrows etc, pavements, runway and other like surfaces exceeding 10cm in width with two coats of water based painting over primer coat & preparation of surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on wall & ceiling of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc complete including removing debries of the MoD land, all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including removal to rubbish from the site complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class B bricks built in cement mortar 1:6 straight or curved on plan exceeding 6mtr mean radius, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class -B bricks, built in cement mortar 1:4 straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L providing plain cement concrete type B0 (1:2:4), (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), as in copings, bed plates and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles & throating as directed including necessary form work as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC in suface channels, benching in sewers, drains etc type B1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded aggregate, complete all as specified and directed.
