REPAIR OF TILING, FLOORING, ROOFING AND MISC WORKS AT THE WATER POINT AND JCO/OR ACCN AT DGRE RDC MANALI

S&F in repair for synthetic wooven flooring carpet weight 1.5kg/sqm fixed with approved rubber base adhesive as in floors complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : BAJAJ/Unitex Carpet/Responsive Industries Ltd/LG.

M&L for dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the permises complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for non-skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match in floor over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for glazed coloured ceramic tiles of size 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirting dados, risers etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/coloured cement to match with colour of tiles over and including 10mm thick plaster in CM (1:4), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, platform, aprons etc, laid, bedded and pointed, in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for concrete tiles 30cmx30cmx25 mm thick , machine pressed set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and no pigment and cut and polished including 20mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item Srl No. 6.00 above but except tiles.

Dismantling MS works of any description complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nanital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of exisiting damaged stone/ Brick/ concrete block masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F roof truss (framed) trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy brackets framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. complete all as specified ta eg framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc. conforming to Fe-410, Gde E-250 Quality-A complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying 2 coats of Synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F coloured pre-painted GALVALUME aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick having tensile strngth of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws including necessary washers etc all as per manufactures instruction complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Srl item No. 13.00 above but coloured metal roofing sheet as in ridge all as manufacturers instruction.

M&L for one coat of oil bound distemper on old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces by brooming or by steel wire brushing, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for one coat of cement base paint on old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces by brooming or by steel wire brushing, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for one coat of synmthetic enamel paint to old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
