Demolition above G.L. upto floor two level including disposal of unserveciable material within 20 mtrs.(twenty meter_ lead, unreinforced cement concrete work upto 15cm.(fifteen centimetres)thickness, including all leds, lifts and carriage of materials, as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of bridge work above G.L.upto floor two level including disposal of un-serviceable material within 20 mtr.(twenty meters)lead in cement mortar, including all leads,lifts and carriage of materials, as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work with common burnt clay building bricks of 2nd class bricks in cement mortar 1:6(one cement : six sand) in fouondation and plinth, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Form work with steel plates 3.15mm.(three point one five milimetres)thick welded with angle iron in frames 30x30x5mm.(thirty into thirty into five milimetres)so as to give a fair finish including centring,shuttering, strutting and propping etc., with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs.(four metres) and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:-

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and like upto 200mm(two hundred milimetres)in thickness, including all leads,lifts and carriage of materials, as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls under 20cm.(twenty centimetres)wide including all leads,lifts and carriage of materials, as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:1.5: 3(one cement : one point five sand : three graded stone aggregate 20mm(twenty milimetres)nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement6 for reinforce concrete work :-

In suspended floors, roofs, landings, roofs, shelves and their suports, beams and cantilevers upoto floor two level, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level, including all leads,lifts and carriage of materials, as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

6mm.(six milimetres)thick cement plaster to ceiling in cement mortar 1:4(one cement : four sand) including all leads,lifts and carriage of materials, as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

15mm(fifteen milimetres)thick cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/stone/concrete wall for interior plaster upto floor two levels including arises internal rounded angles chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm.(eighty milimetres)in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6(one cement : six sand),including all leads,lifts and carriage of materials, as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

White washing with lime on undecorated ceiling/sloping surfaces in two coats to give an even shade including thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust mortar dirt and other foreign matter, including all leads,lifts and carriage of materials, as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
