Topographical survey by using Total station / DGPS Equipment (as per direction of Engineer In-charge) with a view of preparing Plan by closing Traverse specially Land Survey contour required Interval with 10 mt to 15 mt grid and every 50 cm hight interval of Following Different areas Including outlines of civil structures (permanent and temprary),Boundary Wall, Wire faincing & main physical features Such as Tree, Classification of Existing width of Road, Center line and Divider/Footpath or also Revenu Roads such as NH,SH,MDR,ODR & any other Road, River, Pond, Well, STP, Canal, Drain, Culvert and Draw lawlaying area of water, Govt. Buildings, Temple Campus, Gas pipe line, Petrol pumps, Power line. H.T. Line, Electric Poles, Telephone Pole, Boundary walls and Distance From Existing Position of Railway Line or Limit and border of railway, true north direction, Exiting Muttam and as per forest gajat notification kml forest demarcation line marking as required,RICCO, Railway, Housing Board, Nagar Nigam, Army contomnent Board, Airport Authority, NHAI, Oil Depo., Gas Godown, CRPC, Explosive Department, etc.(which in 2 km aera) all complete. Taking Plinth level at all important structure by using Total station machine including all modifications as per direction of Engg. Incharge Total Station survey with Khasra superimpose and already approved layout plans of ADA,PT survey, Singal Patta, Ada scheme area with khasra number and width of Ada approved Gair-mumnkin and Master Plan Roads and reference to BM. submission of three sets of print. All above detail including level on a suitable scale on A0 Sheet. At Various Places A.D.A. Ajmer land.

Establish Bench Mark / Reference pillar of size 15 cm X 15 cm X 45 cm shall be cast in RCC of grade M-15 with a nail fixed in the centre of the top surface. The reference pillar shall be embedded in concrete up to a depth of 30 cm with CC M10 (5 cm wide all around). The balance 15 cm above ground shall be painted yellow.

Demarcation (Lay-out) by using Total station equipment stack out method with X.Y.Z. Coordinates of developing concepts such as proposed road / boundary wall / proposed colony Lay-out road center line and both side (according department engg. / grid pillars / plot pillars etc. on the ground using wooden pegs rate to include erection of wooden pegs, all materials such as lime, string, labors etc. helping civil supervisor appointed in marking center point. Coordinates and level on grid pillars reference to pre-established permanent B.M indicating the pillars are representing survey.

Levelling of proposed road taking initial levels and final levels before and after earth work including earth work quantity calculation by auto plotter software and draw L-section and X-Section of proposed raod. All the drawings shall be prepared in digitised format executable autocad software. Submission of four sets along with CD. Open area/Park/ Roads ets.

Preparation of Scheme plans showing all details , area analysis, plot details etc. as required as per direction of planning section, ADA Ajmer.
