Notes for srl Item No 1 to 11 here in above :- (i) contractor should note that all kinds of repair and replacement has been deemed to be included in quoted rates for per month . (ii) The contractor shall maintain a register showing details of lift on which using spares/parts supplied by him, the Eng-in-Charge shall verify the fact from site and thereafter it will jointly signed and kept on record, the register shall be produced to GE alongwith every payment claimed by the contractor and shall be deposited to Eng-in- Charge after completion of work. (iii) Necessary T&P i.e. ladder, tools etc required for checking and making the lift/elevators in serviceable conditions, its fixing in position and testing shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost for checking.

Notes for srl Item No 1 to 11 here in above :- (iv) Required screws, insulating tapes, internal wiring wire,switches consumable lubricant etc and other minor items/parts excluding the required spares parts for repairing and operating the lift/elevators in serviceable condition, will be arranged & supplied by the contractor and cost of which is deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor in above respective item. (v) Contractor’s quoted rates is deemed to include for inspection/checking the serviceability of the Lift/elevators removing the damaged unserviceable / broken parts, fixing the new parts as required, and testing of lift/elevators as directed. (vi) lifts will be handed over to contractor as and when basis, controctor have to make functional all lifts as per CA provision. (vii) LED lamps to be provided as and when got fused .Rate of lamp will be deemed included in rate quoted per month and will not be paid separetely. (viii) Major/ Minor spare parts replaced by contractor should deemed to be included in quoted rate except srl No-12.00 to 27.00 of sch "A" for per month. (ix) Lift Mechanics should be should be present from 9.00 to 17.00 hrs for attending complants receiving through JE E/M or AGE E/M

Supply only Power Contactor 20/25 Amps rating (make- TC/Schneider) suitable for lift complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only relay cards suitable for (ECE/OTIS make) lift complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only in replacement of Infra Red Door sensor (make - TVS/Max) including takingdown of old /unserviceable sensor complete all as specified and directed

Supply only main controller card for OTIS/ECE make lift complete all as specified and directed

Supply only SMPS power supply (make- Delta/MAX) for OTIS/ECE make lift complete all as specified and directed

Supply only floor indicator 7 segment 12/24 Volt DC (make- MAX or equivalent) for OTIS/ECE make lift complete all as specified and directed

Supply only limit switch (make- TVS/MAX ) for OTIS/ECE make lift complete all as specified and directed

Supply only Reed switch (make- TVS/MAX ) for OTIS/ECE make lift complete all as specified and directed

Supply only stop switch (make- TVS/MAX ) for OTIS/ECE make lift complete all as specified and directed

Supply only Emergency alarm for OTIS/ECE make lift complete all as specified and directed

Supply only travelling cable12 core (0.50 sqmm) for OTIS/ECE make lift complete all as specified and directed

Supply only main rope(16mm) make Usha martin for OTIS/ECE make lift complete all as specified and directed

Supply only door drive (make- Yaskawa/Fuji) for OTIS/ECE make lift complete all as specified and directed

Supply only replacement of electronic drive in elecator control panel (Main VVVF drive) relevant for 15 HP electric mator complete with key board built in or detachable for proper control & command ipputs and proper analysis of errors & trouble shooting by an engineer for proper functioning of the lift complete all as sprcified and directed.

Supply only domestic water motor pumpAqua -100 of capacity 1 HP including delivery and suction PVC pipe as required at site for water pumping from base chamber of lift complete all as sprcified and directed.

Supply only ARD instruction plate assembly with nut bolt and hardware complete all as sprcified and directed.
