Annual Maintenance and upkeep of Akbar's Tomb Sikandra, Agra. Sweeping & cleaning the floor area of Akbar's tomb complex as main mausoleum, surrounding pathway, all aproched pathways from main mausoleum toward all four direction, gates, etc in Akbar' tomb complex area approximate 62962.00 sqm. daily during Sunrise to Sunset and roof area of main mausoleum all floors, all four gateways straicase cells, south gate minars, chhatries, etc complete a approximate 7905.00 sqm. once in a week. including minimum 7 unskilled labour and sweeping materials / equipments of international standard as specified by department. As per direction of Sub-circle In-charge Detail for One Month:-Unskilled Labour 7.00 unit per day X 30 day=210Unit, Nariyal Broom 10 KG, Phoos 15 KG, Bamboo stick 6 feet long aprox. 5 Nos., Sutli 1 KG, Phool broom 3 Nos.

Plant 500 Lt. per hour capacity running water treatement plant with 2 Nos. water cooler 150/150 Lt. capacity T & P etc.Installed at east side of (Main Gate) Akbar's Tomb Sikandra Agra including cleaning of premises. Specifications (a) Chemical required to be used (b) Filter & Membrane to be changed as and when required (c) Maintenance of cooling system in all respect including compressor and other accesories (d) Visit of engineers twice in a month for proper functioning of the R.O plant . (E) maintenence the water supply and electric supply with all accesories (f) TDS report should be provided near the Plant for the visitor and a copy to be submitted along with bill (G) One R.O operator (Semi-Skilled) should be engaged regularly for full time Sun rise to Sun set.
