15 mm cement plasster on rough side of single or half brick wall finished with floating coat of neat cement mix 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

6mm cement plaster of mix 1:3 (cement : 3 coarse sand)

Providing & applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even & smooth complete

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinable cement primer

Finishing wall wirth arcylic smooth exterior paint of required shade old work (one or more coats applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over on existing cement paint

Removing dry oil bound distemper water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping sand papering and preparing the smooth surface including necessary repairs tio scratches etc complete

Painting with synthetic anamel paint of approved brand & manufacture of required colour to give an even shade Two or more coats on new work

Renewing glass panes with putty and nails wherever necesssary incl racking out the old putty.

Grinding the existing marble chips flooring including use of grinding machine etc complete

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clearestory windows, including ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of rquired size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid seperatly, all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge. second class teak wood 35 mm thike shutters

Providing and fixing pannelling or panelling and glazing in panelled or pannelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory window (Area of opening for panel inserts excluding portion inside grooves or rebates to be measured) panelling for panelled or panelled and glazed shutters 25 mm to 40 mm thick particle board 12 mm thick plain particle board flat pressed 03 layers or graded wood particle board medium density grade IS 3087 marked

(FIRE ALARM SYSTEM ) S/I/T/C of suitable size solid state main control panel of 04 zones for operating on single phase 230 V AC wall mounted types made of heavy gauge (not less than 16 SWAG) MS sheet with power supply and battery charger comprising zone issolation, healthy fire signal, short circuit signal, visial signal, low intensity hooter. complete as with testing facility. supplying/fixing of 27 AH maintinance of batires 02 Nos (Exide box) made by MS sheet including locking arrangement, complete as required (Make-Agni/Agni suraksha/Electroquip)
