Earth work in excavation below foundation, trenches, pipelines, pipesleepers etc., in all class/kind of soils except soft and hard rock upto depth of 6.0m by mechanical/manual means including removal of vegetation, shrubs & debris, cutting and dressing of sides in slopes, levelling, grading & ramming of bottopms, dewatering, shoring. strutting, providing temporary supports to existing service like water pipes, gas pipelines ,cables etc.stacking of excavated earth within lead of 100m etc, inclusive of all manpower, materials, consumable, equipment, tools, lead, lift etc., complete in all respects as per specificatiion and instructions of Engineer-in-charge.

Backfilling available excavated earth (excluding black cotton soil and rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering including lead upto 100 and lift upto 3 m inclusive of all manpower, materials, consumable equipement, tools lead , lift etc, complete in all respects as per specifications and instructions of engineer-in-charge

Carting the surplus earth from construction area with all lead & lift including lead & lift including re-excavating the available earth, loading, transportation, unloading, stacking if required, laying at all depths etc, anywhere within plant boundary or outside upto 5Km inclusive of all manpower, materials, consumbale, equipment, tools lead, lift, etc complete in all respects as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge-Bored earth

Sheet Piling,close timbering & Planking, and packing materials for cavities in trenches including strutting for making` the water proffing space as per SOW

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge..

Supply and stacking of HDPE/gunny bags filled with cement-sand mixed ratio 1:10 (1 Cement:10 Coarse sand) for all leads, height and depths and properly sealed the open end after filling. Stacking of the bags along the Pipline for Protection as per the directiosn of EIC.

Boring, providing and instaling bored cast-in-situ reinforced cement concrete piles of specified diameter and length below the pile cap with M35 grade concrete, using approved techniques through all types of strata/soil duly maintaining the borehole sides in position by bentonite slurry using direct mud circulation method (DMC) and placing of concrete with tremie pipe etc. including mobilisation of piling equipment, temporary casing of appropriate length for setting out of bore hole & removal of the same, pile head chipping, removal of earth/ debris/ muck/ surplus materials and disposing within a lead of 5 km etc. inclusive of all manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, lead, lift, etc. but excluding cost of steel reinforcement (which shall be paid separately as per relevant item of SOR) complete in all respects as per relevant IS codes, specifications, drawings and instructions of Engineer-in-Charge. 750 mm dta. piles

Integrity testing of Piles using Low Strain/ Sonic Integrity Test/ Sonic Echo Test method in accordance with IS 14893 including surface preparation of pile top by removing soil, mud, dust & chipping lean concrete lumps etc. and use of computerised equipment and high skilled trained personal for conducting the test, submission of test report etc. inclusive of all manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, lead, lift, etc. complete in all respects as per specification and direction of Engineer in-Charge.

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Hiring of crane upto 50-ton capacity with essential tools, tackles, attachments, fuel, and other necessary accessories. The rate covers the operator, helper, and all lifting tools and tackles required, including ropes and belts, compliant with standards and valid insurance, to be completed as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge (EIC).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of M10 Grade[1:3:6] with 20 MM aggregate for all depths below and upto plinh level excluding centenng, shuttering, ramming, vibrating etc. inclusive of all manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, lead. lift. etc. complet in all respects as per specification and directions of Engineer in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position Reinforced Cement Concrete of M30 grade for S uper-Structure viz. columns, beams, slabs, walls etc. at all heights mcluding t.amping, ramming, vibrating, curing etc. but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement for all works upto plinth level inclusive of all manpower. materials, consumablrs, equipment, tools, lead, lift, etc. complete in all respects as per specification and direction of Engineer in4 Charge.

Providing and fixing Steel reinforcement Thermo-Mechanically Treated Corrosion Resistant Steel bars of grade Fe-500D for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position, binding etc. inclusive of all manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, lead, lift, etc. complete in all respects as per specification and direction of Engineer in-Charge.

Providing and fixing shuttering/ form work with plywood/ steel plates including centering, strutting, bracig, propping, cut outs, pockets. removal of form work for all sides and soffits for all types of in situ concrete work inclusive of all manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, lead, lift, etc. complete in all respects as per specification and direction of Engineer in- Charge. upto floor-V level.

Providing and fixing in position structural steel members in gratings, covers, frames, brackets railing etc., of required size at all heights including cutting,hoistingf, welding, cleaning, hot dipped galvinised coating etc., complete in all respects as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Fabrication, Supply, Installation, transportation, Hydrotesting, Radiography, Painting of CS Pipe for Fire water line as per SOW. 8 inch Dia Pipe
