Amount

1. Preparation of records of project wise CENVAT credit ledger of Himalaya Enclave and Saryu Enclave. 2. Preparation of records of project wise Input Tax Credit ledger as per provision of GST Act and rules thereunder. 3. Preparation of collection records allottees wise (which are approximately 2260 in numbers) with break-up of Service Tax, GST, Instalment and other misc. collections. 4. Preparation of Formats enclosed as Enclosures-I to VII. 5. Preparation of cost records as per ledger. 6. Preparation of Inventory records as on 31-03-2019 or as on completion certificate date whichever is earlier. 7. Preparation of Inventory records as on 31-03-2024. 8. All records shall be prepared since start of the project i.e. Year 2011 in case of Himalaya enclave and Year 2014 in case of Saryu enclave, till March 31, 2024. 9. Scrutiny of costing to verify and report whether Input Tax Credit has been passed on to the buyer or not. 10. Preparation of refund records to the allottees of Himalaya Enclave and Saryu Enclave. 11. All records shall be prepared and submitted in excel format as well as PDF format. 12. The bidder firm shall also attend to the hearing of authorities in Delhi and attend summon also. However, the TA/ DA expenses shall be reimbursed as per Actual bills and norms of the Parishad. 13. The scope of work shall be changed as per the requirement and no additional fees shall be awarded. 14. All reports shall be submitted to the head office within one week from the award of the assignment letter. 15. The firm should know that this is time bound assignment, and shall be completed within the time frame. 16. Verification and scrutiny of demand letter, or any letter issued by the Estate Management office and report in case of deficiency. NOTE:-Rs. 25 Lac & TA/DA+GST (7 Days)
