Cleaning of service water tanks and any type of capacity by removing organic materials & dirt etc. from wall and base after bailing out/opening wash out and plugging inlet pipes and washing the walls and base by applying bleaching powder or any other chemical approved by Engr-In-Charge and filling with fresh water and replacing the top cover in position etc for the following capacities of tanks . (a) Exc 250 but not exceeding 500 Ltr.

(b) Exc 500 but n. exc 1000 Ltrs

(c) RCC overhead water reservoir/tank (Capacity 1000 - 2000 ltr)

Disconnecting existing water tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position. (a) Exc 250 but not exceeding 500 Ltr.

(b) Exc 500 but n. exc 1000 Ltrs

Taking down 15 mm bore steel water tubing and connection from wall and floor complete all as per directed including cleaning for refixing or removal from site all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge.

Refixing 15 mm bore steel water tubing and connection in new or old position in walls, ceiling, floors etc and making good all disturbed surfaces of walls, floor, roof, complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge.

S&F 15 mm bore steel water tubing and connection including making good disturbed surfraces of wall, floor roof complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge.

Taking down 20 mm bore steel water tubing and connection from wall and floor complete all as per directed including cleaning for refixing or removal from site complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge.

Refixing 20 mm bore steel water tubing and connection in new or old position in walls, ceiling, floors etc and making good all disturbed surfaces of walls, floor, roof, complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing for site and rubbish off the premise.

M&L glazed ceramic coloured tiles 450mm x 350mm x 7mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados, set & Jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in colour cement to match complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge.

S&F in repair 10 litre capacity low level PVC flushing cistern (white), syphonic action type, with inlet, ball valve, float, handle, fixed with cast iron bracket (of suitable size) and providing 32 mm dia PVC flush pipe and making all necessary connections complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge. Demolition of precast concrete block walling built in cement mortar for water tank staging, etc all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge.

M&L Precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks of type C-1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), exc 10cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge.

M&L 15mm thick rendering on brick or block concrete masonry walls in cement plaster 1:4 with WPC in appropriate proportion as per manufacturer instruction incl finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge.

Demolition of existing RCC Concrete (RCC OHT) of 250 to 500 ltr capacity tank including plateform/ staging over RCC roof slab and RCC or brick columns complete, removal of debris exc 50m and not exc 3.0 KM making the surface smooth and treated against leakage of water from demolished portion by applying roof treatmrnt etc all completed & directed by Eng-in-charge. Note:-roof treatment will paid saperately

Demolition of existing RCC Concrete (RCC OHT) 501 upto 1000 ltr capacity tank including plateform/ staging over RCC roof slab and RCC or brick columns complete, removal of debries exc 50m and not exc 3.0 Km making the surface smooth and treated againest leakage of water from demolished portion by applying roof treatmrnt etc completed all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge. Note:- Roof treatment will paid saperately

M&L for writing letters of figures (Block Roman, Italic, or Indian) of 10cm height with stencil/ i.e. "TANK CLEANED ON 01 JAN 2021" with using white colour synthetic enamel paint incl back ground paint etc after cleaning and rubbing and cleaning all previous dates completely all as specified and directed by Engr - In- Charge.

S & F rotational moulded polyethylene 500 Liters capacity water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified & directed by Engr - In- Charge.

S & F rotational moulded polyethylene 1000 Liters capacity water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified & directed by Engr - In- Charge.

S & F in repairs 20 mm Bore Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed all as specified & directed by Engr - In- Charge.

Removing the plant/growth of any description size, any location of external surfaces of walls, along service tank staging etc incl nearby vegetation by cutting/burning with blown lamp of any other means & remvoing the roots completely spraying the suitable chemical in the removed portion to avoid re-growth & making good damaged portion to match the existing surfaces by PCC type B0 (1:2:4) 12.5 mm graded aggregate/CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge and any position and upto 3 storey.

M&L for Rendering 10 mm thick on padding course, with WPC as per manufacturer instruction all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge for staging area demolished under item no. 23

M&L for water proofing treatment to non assessible RCC roofs by providing 10mm thick screed in CM 1:3 mixed with & including water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction & applying one coat of bitumenous primer @ 0.30 kg/sqm & laying APP based polymeric modifed membrane with polyster non woven reinforced of weight not less than 3kg/Sqm of 3 mm thick with polythene finished sealing with side overlaps of 75mm & 100 mm laps at the ends of membrane by torch application method & applying two coats of aluminium paint as per the makes approved all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge. for staging area demolished under item no. 23
