(Rate includes removal of old tiles / hacking of existing floor and removal of door shutters, re-size and same shall be fixed in position)

Apply two coats of premium quality weather proofing arcylic Exterior emulsion paint over a one coat of primer, reqired shade to wall surfaces from approved brands Asian paints (apex ultima), Berger (All guard) where ever specified by Engineer in charge

Providing Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 nominal mix using 20 mm and down graded crushed granite aggregate including mixing, depositing in position, tampering, finishing, curing including all materials & labour etc., complete all as directed.

Repairing of all kinds of false ceiling, replacing of damaged false ceiling boards including all materials, consumables, labours and hiring charges of machinery all complete as directed by Engineer-In-charge.

Providing and fixing 20mm nominal dia CPVC Pipes for plumbing lines of approved make Supreme/Prince/Astrial including fittings and the cost of cutting chases and making good the same including testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.
