M&L for 100 mm thick concrete slab forming 12mm thick Expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’ complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick plaster in CM (1:6) on fair face of brick walls finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick plaster in CM (1:6) on fair face of brick walls finished even and smooth without using extra cement incl taking down cement plaster /Dado of any description on brick work or stone msonary wall including racking ot joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 15mm thick rendering on brick work surfaces mixed with water proofing compound (liquid) as per manufacture instruction, finish the surface even and fair without using extra cement in CM 1:4 including dismantling of cement concrete complete all as specified and directed. Npte WPC will supply and paid sepparately

M & L for preparation of new surfaces of wall and applying two coats of wheather coat exterior emulsion paint (Apex) over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation surface by brooming down or steel wire brushing , scraping down smoke shoot,moulds etc from old decorated of wall plaster and applying one coat of white wash on wall surface including salt, glue and blue etc. as required incl cleaning of glass panes, floor and plinth protection complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces 300 x 450x 7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement over 10 mm thick rendering or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:4 incl dismantling of floor hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) including removing the rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for RCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone agg) as in slab and shelves supported on walls incl demolition of reinforeced cement concrete of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M & L form work to soffits of suspended slab such as roof slab and similar work n.exc 200 mm thick (horizental or sloaping) rought finished flat surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 12mm thick plain Gypsum Board false ceiliing with GI frame work including all necessary drilling cutting to fix electric items compete all as specified and directed with following :- (a) GI Grid channel 30x25x20 mm of guage fixed with rawl plug and screw 450mm centre to centre alongwith perimete walls (b) GI Channel made to shape 50x40x40 mm of 24 guage placed @ 600mm centre to centre from perimete at wall except long wall (in one span) (c) GI intermediate runners of size 45x10x10 mm of 24 guage fixed @ 1200mm centre to centre leaving frame of one side walls (in other span) (d) GI sheet 25mm wide and 20mm guage suspanded fixed with steel fastner to roof ceiling and 1200mm centre to centre including pluging of RCC slab. (e) 12mm thick gyplse board filling joints with POP and finishing complete with two coat of plastic emulsion paint over one coat of primer on ceiling. incl dismantling of old wall and ceiling boards (fiber, pulp, insulation etc.) or insulation boards / slabs / blankets, any thickness including cover fillet complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing and laying water proofing treatment on top surfaces of roof after cleaning of roof surface with water and filling of cracks with ceiling compound or polymer modified mortar and dried top surface of roof applying a coat of cold bituminous primer @ 0.3 Ltr per Sqm and followed a layer of APP polymer modified five layered water proofing membrane 3 mm thick weight not less than 4.oo Kg /Sqm with non woven polyester reinforcement (weight not less than 160 gm /Sqm) of Dr Fixit Torchshield MF-P3160 or equivelent . The APP membrane shall be laid with LPG connected torch method. A layer of hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg /Sqm shall be applied on top surface of APP membrane . Application incl. over lap side lap shall be provided as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed. The side lap and laps should have overlap 75 mm to 100 mm and should be thermo fuse together so that it forms a single sheet throughout incl .

M&L of 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (12.5 mm graded stone aggeegate) on roof and floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of roof slab /AC sheet roof /CGI sheeting roof chajja including picking sweeping cleaning and washing with water to remove dust cleaning inccluding taking down of existing roof treatment and providing water proofing treatment as described as under:-(a) Applying a coat of STAR PROOF MB-602 with help of brushes on the cleaned RCC slab /chajja. (b) Laying a layer of fibre cloth on wet MB-602 coating and applying another coat of MB-602. (c) After drying of surface finally applying a coat of STAR PROOF SP-600 as per manufacturers instruction by SS PL STAR. (d) Fixing drying of surface finally applying a coat of SP -600 (any colour) as per manufactorer instruction by star coating. Note:- The work of above water proofing treatment shall be got executed as per manufacture instructions through expert team or authourised applicator of manufactoring. MS STAR SS PL Make-APURVA INDIA, STP OR apply treatment by using DAMPGUARD treatment of Dr Fixit as per Manufacturer instructions.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 MPa and 150 AZ as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws incl dismantling of old AC sheets complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 MPa and 150 AZ as in roof covering/ cladding to wall,ridge etc fixed with self tapping screws incl dismantling of old PGI sheets complete all as specified and directed.
