Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in super structure Cement Mortar 1:6(1 Cement : 6 Sand) Second Class Bricks including carriage of material in all leads and lift and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Repairs to plaster in patchesof 2.50 Sq.M. and under and 10 to 15mm thick includingcutting the patch in proper shape and replastering the surface of the wall including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within a Lead of 20 metres with Cement Mortar 1:6(1 Cement : 6 Sand) including carriage of material in all leads and lift and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Wall painting (two coats) with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade including thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth including applying of putty as required for making the surface including carriage of material in all leads and lift and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron Jor L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm diametre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accesoriees as required as per thedirection of Engineer-in-charge

Steel work welded in built up sections,trusses and framed work, including cutting ,hoisting ,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint.In beams joists channels ,angles , tee ,flats with connecting platesor angle cleats as in main and cross beams,hip and jackrafters,purlins connected to common rafters and the like including carriage of material in all leads and lift and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing rollingshutters of approved make made of 80 mm X 1.25mm M.S laths interlocked together through their entire length and joined together at the end by end locks mounted on specially designed pipe shaft,with brackets side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push pull operation complete but excluding the cost of the top cover and spring.Shutters having width below 3.5 metres

Providing and laying spartic ceremic tiles 5.5mm.thick in walls (300 x300mm. size)treads of steps laid on a bed of 12mm.thick cement mortar 1:3(1cement: 3 sand) finished with flush pointing in white cement including carriage of material in all leads and lift and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 10mm thick anti skid water proof stain and impect resistent heavy duty vetrified tiles Nitco or equivalant 600x600mmx10mm manufactured of approved shade and colour in flooring, treads of steps and landings laid over 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) jointed with cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles as required complete including carriage of material in all leads and lift and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing on wall face PVC (D-Plast) rain water pipes of working pressure not less than 4.5 kg/sqm including filling the joints with approved adhesive complete 100mm dia pipes including carriage of material in all leads and lift and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing valley 60 cm overall 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia with prepainted G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accessories as required including carriage of material in all leads and lift and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. BP Sheet 1.66mm to 2mm thick in eaves board/facia/soffits/ceiling including cutting, fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge (Base members of steel work shall be measured & paid separtely including carriage of material in all leads and lift and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coat(excluding priming coat)on previously painted wood and wood based surfaces with enamel paint to given and even shade including cleaning of all dirt,dust and other foreign matter sand papering and stopping With enamel paint other than white including carriage of material in all leads and lift and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing acp sheet grade of sheet 1100 H14.cladding with aluminium composite pannel frame on R.C.C.surface side as on faces of vertical walls .on 12mm. thick cementplaster 1:3(1cement:3sand) and jointed with cement slurry i/c scaffolding etc. complete including carriage of material in all leads and lift and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
