Cutting in earth work in oll kind of soil and disposal of excavated earth in all lead and lifts.

Excavation in foundations, trenches etc. in earth work, lift upto 20 mtrs. stacking the excavated soil not more than 3mtrs. Clear from the edge of the excavation & then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinths, sides of foundations etc. consolidating Nos. deposited layers by rammeing and watering & then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within a all leads and lifts in all kind of soils.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (1cement :6sand :12 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curring complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth.

Randum rubble masonry/polygonal rubble masonry (uncoursed/brought to course) with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement: 6 sand: 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) at plinth in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 sand).

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30 x 30 x 5mm so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and bellies, height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4mtrs. and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:-(a) Beams, cantilevers, girders and lintels, sides of soffits of beams, beam hunching, cantilevers, bressumers and lintels not exceeding 1mtr. Applying birla white wall care putty over plaster surface after throughly brushing the surface free from mortat drops, dust, loose material and other foreign matters sand appered smooth t give final matter finish to the surface complete.

Applying one coat of Acrylic primer (Spectrum or equivalent of Superior quality) on new concrete/masonary/plastered surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matters sand papering the surface smooth complete.

Distempering (two coats) with oilbound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on decorated wall surfaces to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface cleaning of all grease, dirt, loose pieces of scales and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth.

Finishing wall with weather proofing exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Apexultima) or its equarlied on undecorated wall surfaces (2 coats) to give an even shade and final finish after throughly cleaning the suface to remove all dirt, dust & other foreign matter etc. i/c sand paper smooth complete.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:8:16 (1cement :8sand :16 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curring complete on slab and floor excluding the cost of form work. Screed laid under flooring.

Providing & fixing 10mm thick antiskid water proof stain & impect resistent heavy duty vetryfied tiles Nitco or equivalent 600x600mm x10mm manufactured of aprooved shade and colour in flooring, treads of steps & landings laid over 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1cement :3 sand) jointed with cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles as required complete.
