Urgent repairs to 24V CATERPILLAR Alternator Part no 4N 3986 60A of Budshah-II Dredger deputed at Tulibal Sopore Soya II Dredger deputed at Hajin Bandipora and Rubber Boat IV of Flood Mechanical Division Baramulla.

Repairs to damaged 24V-CATERPILLAR Alternator Part no 4N3986 (60A) of Budshah-II by way of dismantling it from their existing position with the help of skilled labour, tools & tackles and shifted it to workshop for repairs. The job then involves replacement of damaged stator ,coil , Bearing (01 no) as per sample of compatible make for 4N3986 Alternator 24V/60A for the completion of work. After proper repairs, shifted it back to site in private vehicle, fitted it properly & tested on full load.

Repairs to 250 mm dia delivery side long Radius bend & other leakage spots of Budshah-II Dredger inside pump cabin by way of welding work with superior quality electrodes with the help of skilled labours, tools & tackles. The job also involves replacement of damaged nuts & bolts of flanged long radius bend with new ones (5kg) for the completion of work. All tools & tackles like DG set, Gas cutter, private vehicle, boat, superior quality electrodes shall be arranged by firm for the completion of work.

Repairs to Rubber boat –IV wooden floor planks by way of dismantling of wooden planks from Aluminum locking bars. The job then involves proper cleaning of planks, and then dried & coated with high quality wooden paint in two coats after applying wooden primer & then fitted back to floor of Inflated boat. The job also includes replacement of damaged foot pump with new air inflator foot pump for rubber inflated boat-IV for the completion of work. The job also involves repairs to the Aluminum propeller three wing type of 25 HP Tahastu petrol engine by way of dismantling the propeller by putting a piece of wood block between propeller blade and anti-ventilation blade to hold propeller, then remove propeller by opening nuts & bolts, washers for the completion of work. The job then involves repairs to propeller vanes by way of tuning, finishing, welding etc for its actual shape & size. After proper repairs fitted it back by way of tightening nuts & bolts and tested boat on full load.All tools & tackles , skilled labours, private vehicle shall be arranged by the firm

Fabrication, providing, fitting of M.S Circular structure of size 21 inch dia x6 inch height fabricated out of 6mm thick sheet on existing oil filler neck with the help of skilled labours, D.G set, Gas cutter, Welding set, by using superior quality electrodes on soya-II Dredger . The job also includes the charge of fabrication of 6mm thick M.S circular lid on top of fabricated structure with hinges, nuts & bolts etc for the completion of work. The job also includes the charge for removal of foreign contaminants, etc. from fabricated structure with the help of skilled labour by way of scrapping, chipping, cleaning, rubbing and preparing the surface to receive primer properly. The job then involves painting with two coats of epoxy primer and two coats of epoxy marine quality enamel coating of specified colour as per the direction of site Engineer for the completion of work. All tools & tackles, transportation, boat, DG set etc shall be arranged by firm during execution of work.
