STRUCTURAL REPAIR ITEMS Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) e.g. FINS/FACIA/SUNSHADE/FACADES etc of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for Relieving Structural members such as column, beam and slabs of their superimposed loads partially or fully by provision of adjustable steel props, frames etc. including providing necessary timber runners, bracing, jacking up arrangement all Complete to the satisfaction of Engineer in charge (Removing and redoing of brickwork, if required, shall be paid separately.

M&L for Removing and Hacking of existing deteriorated damaged & loose concrete from the external surface of the structure carefully by low impact high frequency hammer or by manual chipping without damaging the existing concrete or control sand blasting including cleaning the surfaces by air jet etc, complete and also without damaging the existing structure.The rate shall also include disposal of waste/rubble/malwa from site outside MD Land upto as directed by the Engr-in-Charge along with lead and lift if any including standard steel scaffolding upto a height of 11 M. Note : The above treatment will be done in presence of company authorised person and also company skilled workers.

M&L for Providing and applying ‘Rusticide SS’ Rust passivator or equivalent as specified in the Brand Names to existing r/f. bars Including wire brushing of reinforcement , cleaning washing of concrete etc complete as directed.Providing and applying two coats of rust preventor slurry made out of “Polyalk Fixoprime” or equivalent as specified in the Brand Names and cement in proportion 1:1.5 to existing r/f.bars as directed complete. Providing and applying bonding coat of slurry made out of “Polyalk EP” or equivalent as specified in the Brand Names and cement in proportion 1:1 to concrete and r/f substrates complete as directed Providing and applying “Polyalk EP” or equivalent as specified in the Brand Names.Polymer modified cement mortar in Required proportions(1:5:15) to RCC members Including Hand packing, curing and making the surface rough for plastering.

M&L for Opening the Separation Cracks at the Junction of RCC and Masonry where ever directed and instructed into ‘’V’’ Grooves 2’’ to 3’’ from the either side of the cracks by carefully marking the areas to be opened up using a Cutting machine and skillfully /carefully Chiseling with a well sharpened chisel and hammer as directed including Wire brushing and washing of concrete Substrata and masonry walls with water jet to the surfaces thus prepared to the entire satisfaction of the Consultant as instructed and directed.

M&L for Moistening the Cracks, Providing and applying priming/bonding coat of slurry made out of “Polyalk EP”and cement (or equivalent as specified in the List of Brand names) in proportion 1:1 to surfaces prepared as instructed and directed. Filling the Cracks /Grooves by Providing and applying “Polyalk EP” Polymer modified cement mortar (or equivalent as specified in the List of Brand names) in Proportion of 1: 5: 15 (Polyalk EP: Cement: Graded sand/quartz sand) on the prepared surfaces and finishing it in level with the existing plaster Including Hand packing, curing and making the surface similar to the external plastering using wooden floats/punch etc. complete as per specified and directed.

M&L for Drilling holes of required size upto 16 mm Diameter and up to 50mm depth in concrete and cleaning the same as directed.

M&L for Providing and fixing 12 mm diameter aluminum /PVC injection nipples and securing the same as directed & Providing and injecting cementitious grout using CEBEX-112 additive of ‘Fosroc’ at the rate of 225 grams per bag of cement and using suitable mechanical gun/pump including mixing etc complete.

M&L for Identify the cracks and construction joints, honeycomb areas, shall be chased open into 'U' groove shape and sealed with High strength, abrasion - resistance epoxy reinstatement mortar, Fosroc Nitomortar S or Equivalent, Providing and fixing 6-8 mm dia nozzle along the joints and honeycomb areas after proper surface preparation. The injection of Conbextra EP10 or Equivalent through the nozzle till the refusal of the grouting materials.

M&L for Drilling holes in existing concrete, Providing & fixing FHP-10 Tubes in hole for fixing new reinforcement rods up to 4” depth (upto maximum dia of 16mm) in existing concrete elements and sealing the same hole with polymer mortar after fixing the new rod as per Consultants Instructions and directions

M&L for Providing & fixing epoxy dipped shear keys of 10mm dia and 4" to 6" length in columns before jacketing, Micro concreting as per Consultants Instructions and directions.

M&L for Providing, cutting, bending and fixing Additional Reinforcement in position steel reinforcement of specified/required sizes and shapes in the form or main rebars, stirrups & rings, distribution rebars etc., and tying them to shear connectors using GI binding wire. The additional rebars should be coated with TWO coats of Anti Corrosive protective coating & dry sand to be sprinkled on second coat including tying with Annealed Binding wires, providing cover blocks of appropriate sizes etc complete as specified and instructed by the Consultants.

M&L for Providing, erecting, fixing in position waterproof shuttering by plywood/MS sheet 2.5 to 3.00 mm thick to be fixed with required size of angle frame who can bear the pressure load of concrete during pouring at all locations for all shapes with chamfers, splays, keys wedges, props, bracings, nails, brackets, etc complete including providing, erecting & removing of pipe scaffolding at requried height conferming to relevant IS codes, de shuttering of the same after specified period without damaging the concrete works as directed by Engineer-in-charge, etc.

M&L for providing and laying of ready to use non shrink ,cementitious free flow micro concrete, upto required thickness at the designated areas, to the prepared slurry tight shuttering with proper shear connectors and bonding agent where ever necessary .The fluid Micro-concrete repair material shall be single component , cement based to which only site condition of water and approved graded coarse aggregate where ever specified shall be permitted . The micro concrete shall contain no mettalic aggregates or chlorides and shall be shrinkage compensated in the plastic state. The micro concrete in the flowable consistancy should achieve a compressive strength of 50 N/ Sq.mm after 28 days at 30 degrees Centigrate as per BIS 4551-80.The unrestrained expansion shall be between 1-4 % as per ASTM C827 -1987. Again as per BS 4551-80 the flexural strength shall not be less than 5 N/ Sq.mm @ 28 days. The Micro Concrte shall have a coefficient of thermal expansion 10-12 x 10 -6 /oC and thermal conductivity 1.50 W /moC . The mixed density of micro concrete shall exceed 2100-2200 Kg/Cu.M 227oC including standard steel scaffolding upto a height of 11 M Note : The above treatment will be done in presence of company authorised person and also comapany skilled workers. Make of non shrink ,cementitious free flow micro concrete :- Renderoc RG of FOSROC or Equivalent.

Providing and laying in slabs, beams, pardis,chajjas RCC wall etc position of RCC M-25 design mix grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying and the cost of centering, shuttering, form work, finishing and excluding reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.The Mix design as per particular specfications shall be got approved by Engineer-in-Charge before execution of the item.The rate shall include cost of all specified materials and operations at all levels and heights, including the cost of centering, shuttering and form work excluding reinforcement which shall be paid under relevant item.(Note :- Cement content considered in this item is @ 300 kg/cum as per IS 456 table showing minimum cement content. No extra will be paid nor any amount will recovered on account of variation of cement in mix design as per specifications for controlled concrete)

Providing & laying applying Glass Fiber sheet wrap at structural members including.Surface Preparation: Grinding / moulding concrete substrate, cleaning it with wire brush, removing oil, laitance if present, rounding sharp edges to min 25 mm radius etc., complete.Profiling: Applying PRIMER on prepared substrate, filling holes and uneven surface with PUTTY etc., complete.Wrapping: Wrapping the Glass fibre wrap to structural element at desired orientation using tamping roller to avoid any air voids etc., Repeat the same procedure for multiple layer with interval of 8 hours.Sand Pasting: Applying saturant, rectify air voids if any, paste the river sand on it to make surface rough to take any further finishes.(Mode of Measurement: Per Sq.Mt of Fiber consume and not application of surface area.)

M&L for Carefully opening of the existing joint, thoroughly cleaning, Providing and applying 2 component Polysulphide sealant at expansion joints with backing rods up to 50mm thickness inclusive of all necessary cleaning of the joints, surface preparations etc all complete as per consultants instructions,directions and manufacturer's specifications.

M&L for Carefully demolishing existing Coping/ Stone etc , Brick walls above Horizontal Expansion joints at terrace floor & recasting the RCC Pardis in M20 (1:1.5:3) etc all complete as per consultants design and drg including Providing and applying 2 component Polysulphide sealant of BASF or equivalent etc complete as instructed and directed

M&L for 25 mm thick( Average thickness) Guniting concrete surface using mechanical means with single component, shrinkage controlled, polymer modified, fibre reinforced structural grade cementitious repair mortar having compressive strength of 45 N/ Sq.mm , Flexural strength of 7 N/Sq.mm and tensile strength of 2.50 N/sq.mm at 28 Days all as per manufacturer's recommendation and technical specification and as per the direction of Engr-in-Charge including standard steel scaffolding upto a height of 11 M Note : The above treatment will be done in presence of company authorised person and also company skilled workers. Make of single component, shrinkage controlled, polymer modified, fibre reinforced structural grade cementitious repair mortar : Renderoc SP 40 from FOSROC or Equivalent.

M&L for Carefully Chiseling/ Chipping out all existing loose decayed Plaster of External Facades and Terrace area (In Entire areas) using Plaster Breaking machine and or Well sharpened Chisel & Hammers at proper angles carting away the Debris outside of bldg Premises etc complete as directed by the Consultants,Providing and applying 20/25 mm thk sand faced plaster to concrete members- brick work etc.of External wall facades using approved screened and Pre washed River sand including base coat of 13-15mm thick in C.M. 1:4 and curing the same for not less than three days and keeping the surface of base coat rough to receive the sand face treatment 6 to 8 mm thick of C. M 1:3 finishing the surface by taking out grains and curing for 7- 10 days, providing and mixing approved waterproofing compound in required quantities in both the coats complete.

BUILDING REPAIR ITEMS M&L cutting out crack to v-section in existing roof of terrace cleaning out wetting grouting with cement sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down tar felt with cement plaster from roof surfaces and lowering and removing the same to a distance exc. 50m and n. exc. 100m incl roughening of old concrete suirface of roof by wire brushing and cleaning the surface to remove all loose dust etc complete all as specified and as directed .

M & L screed bed or bedding layer 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:4) mixed with WPC as per manufacturer instruction for laying of APP membrane complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M& L for bituminous primer @ 0.50 KG/Sqm over the cement plaster incl preparation of surfaces as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M & L APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/Sqm) land on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.
