ELECTRICAL P&M EQUIPMENT AND ACCESSORIES
33 KV POWER TAPPING ARRANGEMENT WITH FOUR POLE STRUCTURES (As per clause no. 3.5.1) a) 33 kV disc/pin insulators for 13 meters height four pole steel structure to receive 33 kV AAA WOLF/DOG conductor overhead transmission lines. b) 33 kV disc/pin insulators for 11 meters height four pole steel structure to receive 33 kV AAA DOG conductor overhead transmission lines. c) Lightning Arrestors, station class, 30 kV, 10kA, suitable for 33kV, effectively earthed (each set consists of 3 nos.). - 12 sets d) Isolator, 33 kV (nominal), double break, 3 poles, pole mounted, 1250 A, 13.12 kA, with gang operated air break (GOAB) switch arrangement. - 10 sets e) AAA WOLF conductor for making end terminations between towers and four pole structures etc. f) AAA DOG conductor from proposed 13 meters 4-pole structures to 11 meters 4-pole structures.
33 kV BUSBAR & 33 kV INSULATORS FOR 33 kV OUTDOOR SWITCHYARD (As per clause no. 3.5.2) a) Suitable insulators to receive/terminate 33 kV incoming lines on towers/ steel structures provided with suitable anti climbing device. b) 33 kV busbar system complete with aluminium tubular bus on towers/steel structures. c) AAA conductors for making inter connections between different equipment on 33 kV side.

INDOOR CONTROL AND SWITCHGEAR EQUIPMENT (As per clause no. 3.5.4) a) 13-Panel, 6.6 kV switchboard with 250 MVA symmetrical breaking capacity, indoor type consisting of 13 nos. of vacuum circuit breakers with 13 numbers of 1250 amps for outgoing panels. - 1 Set b) 415 V, 3 Ph-N, AC Distribution Board with ammeter, voltmeter, indications and all protections including one number of 4-pole MCCB for incomer and required numbers of TPN MCCB, 3/2 pole MCB etc for outgoing feeders. -1 Set c) 230 V (L-L), Main Lighting Distribution Board (MLDB) with ammeter, voltmeter, indications and all protections including one number of 3-pole MCCB for incomer and required numbers of 3 pole MCCB etc for outgoing feeders. - 1Set d) 175 Ah (Minimum), 110 V rechargeable sealed maintenance free (SMF), lead acid type battery complete with two float cum boost battery charger (one working and one standby), rack, 110 V, 1 Ph-N, DCDB with all protections including incoming MCCB (1 no.) & outgoing MCBs, HRC fuses etc. e) 25 kVA, 415V, DG set with AMF panel, emergency AC distribution board, wiring etc.. - 1 Set
Illumination system comprising of sub-lighting distribution boards (SLDBs), LED light fittings (surface mounted, Batten type tube light, street lights, flood lights), poles, lighting masts, emergency lighting, junction boxes, cable tray, cable rack etc. as described in scope of supply (Sl. no 3.5.5) and System description.
6.6 kV XLPE aluminium power cable, 1.1kV PVCSWA/XLPE aluminium power cables & lighting cables, 1.1 kV grade PVCSWA/XLPE copper control cable of different sizes having FRLS properties and flexible cables along with all accessories such as cable tray, cable rack etc. as described in scope of supply (Sl. no 3.5.6) and System description.
Earthing system for outdoor switchyard and substation building including required number of chemical earth pits, mat earthing system, GI earth strips, safe electrodes, saddles, required hardware etc. as described in scope of supply (Sl. no 3.5.7) and System description.
Lightning protection system for outdoor switchyard and indoor substation building including lightining masts (steel towers), shield wire, lightning spikes, interconnecting strips, required no of chemical earth pits (independent of the earth pits provided for earthing), GI earth strips etc. as described in scope of supply (Sl. no 3.5.8) and System description.
Firefighting system including portable fire extinguishers (Dry powder type, CO2 type), sand buckets and Nitrogen injection Fire Extinguishing & Fire Protection system (NIFEFPS) for 5 MVA, 33/6.6 kV power transformers as described in scope of supply (Sl. no 3.5.9) and System description.
Pressurization for Switchgear & control room and battery room, Split Type Air conditioners of 1.5/2.0 T capacity, Ceiling fans of 1200 mm sweep along with electronic fan regulators and 600 mm sweep Exhaust fan etc.as described in scope of supply (Sl. no 3.5.10) and System description.
CCTV system with bullet/dome/panoramic cameras, DVRMS, server & operating station, rack-based LED monitor, junction box, cables and other necessary hardware for entire outdoor switchyard, substation building, parking shed and security post areas of proposed 33/6.6 kV substation as described in scope of supply (Sl. no 3.5.11) and System description.
Miscellaneous items such as insulating mats of 25mm thick, danger plates as per IE rules, safety charts, safety belts and discharge rod as described in scope of supply (Sl no 3.5.12) and System description.
Any other item not mentioned above but required for completion of job.
