Design,Construction,Testing and Commissioning of Intake Well cum Pump House and allied works. Construction of 9m. Dia. Intake Well - Design, construction, testing, commissioning and maintenance of 9m. Dia. Design, construction, testing and commissioning of SCADA operated 12MLD capacity Water Treatment Plant -Design, construction, testing, commissioning and maintenance of SCADA operated 12.00 MLD WTP (Details of automation shall be given in the scope of work) with all associated structures like Aerator, Flash mixer, Clarifloculator, rapid sand gravity Filter withfilter house, wash water tank, chemical house, Chlorine room with Chlorinator and 2 Nos of chlorine tonners, with proper training to the operator staff, clear water sump, clear water pump house cum panel board room ,compressor room with compressors, supplying and erection of all mechanical and electrical equipments, Supply & Installation of Electro Magnetic flow meter, Supply and erection of stainless steel metal box for housing the transmitter and battery of Electro Magnetic flow meter etc. complete in all respect. The WTP should have a well-equipped lab with all necessary lab equipments. The necessary safety equipments and hoisting system for chemicals and lightening arrester, ladders to wash water tank and sump should be supplied as part of the work. All internal electrical and plumbing work is also part and parcel of the work. Common RCC wash water pit of size 3.60 x 3.60x 1.15 m has to be constructed in the WTP compound and the drainage water from the slurry pit should be disposed to the nearby drainage facility. The site should be levelled and easy access to all the major components of the WTP should be ensured by building internal access road either by concrete or by paving tiles including construction of compound wall around WTP and construction of drain as per direction of departmental officers. The maximum head loss in the plant should be limited as per CPHEEO manual.
