Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.50mtr wide and n.exc 1.50mtr in depth for foundation etc or for shaft, wells,cesspits, manholes, piers holes etc not exc 10 sqm on plan and and getting out in hard dense soil all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, in hard/dense soil including returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surfaces complete all as specified and directed. (PCC bed blocks in GL or below)

Returning filling in,including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exe 25 cm in soil completed as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material soil exc 500m but not exc 1.00Km and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above the starting point.

M&L for hard core of gauge exc 63mm but n exc 100mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15cm thick watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface complete all as specified.

M&L cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded agg as in foundations filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 100mm thick, type B-1, 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in pavement/hard-standing finishing the surface with spike rolling or marking impressions of expended metal, while the concrete is green complete all as secified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6, type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, including necessary formwork etc complete.

M&L for pre cast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate as in loures and jallies, 35mm thick (measured solid) including all moulding but excluding frame, set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing precast cement conctete 1:2:4, type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in piers caps post boundary pillars blocks etc setting 1:4 all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling/mass concrete.

M&L for walling of random rubble stone masonry, uncoursed, brought upto courses, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 including one shop coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolt (machine made) dia of neck 5 to 10mm with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, not exc 5cm long.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing, any size 50mmx50mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc as directed (each line wire to be measured)

M&L for TMT 10mm dia bar and over, as in stiffeners, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, hooking ends, binding with and incluing mild steel wire(annealed) not less than steel wire 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS framed work such as grills, gratings etc, with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk way; railings; frame work of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290(Gde E-165) including framed and hung as gates, pintel hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on stone masonary surfaces or surface other than fair face of brick work and finishing the surface even and smooth w/o using extra cement completed as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of white cement primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall and applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surface of any description exc. 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.
