S&F for 40mm dia PVC (HDPE) pipe of pressure rating 6KG/Sqcm fixed complete to walls,ceiling or in floors etc as in repair complete all as specified and directed

S&F for sinks without draining board made of stainless steel 1mm thick kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers and wastes including bedding in cement mortar to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipe overall size 495mm x 420mm bowl size 410x330x160mm

Separating, scraping and cleaning of reinforcement (Demolition of concrete measured separately)

Taking down Electric cable of any size and any capacity complete all as specified and directed

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fitting such as switches, ceiling roses, pendent, regulators, socket, light fitting etc removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit and for making good disturbed surfaces of walls , floor etc as directed.

Taking over unsv sheet metal DB Box/ Main switch complete all as specified and directed

Taking up down galvanised steel tubing and connection of size 50mm dia and removal of U/S pipe from site of work complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up down galvanised steel tubing and connection of size 25 mm dia and removal of U/S pipe from site of work complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting existing steel tubing for alterations or additions (Each cut measured)
