Painting one or more coats with oil type wood preservative of approved brand and manufacture Old work including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals, as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper by washing and scraping and sand papering the wall surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches complete including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals, as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Applying priming coat on new concrete/masonry/ asbestos cement/platered surfaces after and including preparing the surface by throughly cleaning oil grease dirt and other foreign matter and sand papering as required with Ready mixed primer including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals, as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals, as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade Old work (one or more coats applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm( two point two zero kilogramme per ten square meter) over priming coat of primer applied @ 0.80 litrs/10 sqm(zero point eight liter per ten square meter) complete including cost of Priming coat including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals, as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade Old work (Two or more coats applied @1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm (one point four three liter per ten square meter) over existing cement paint surface including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals, as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.
