Dismantling steel work manually / by mechanical means in built up sections without dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead as per directions of Engineer -in-Charge.

Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, velleys and gutters etc, and stacking the material within 50 metres lead of :G.S sheet

Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mecha nical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in-Charge Nominal concrete 1:4:8 leaner mix ( including equivalent design mix)

Demolishing brick work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.In cement mortar

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Filling with contractor own earth (excluding rock) in open areas in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m as per direction of site Engineer-in-charge

Earth work in excavation by manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.<br>All kinds of soil

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level:1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Solid block masonry using pre cast solid blocks (Factory made) of size 30x20x15 cm or nearest available size confirming to IS 2185 part I of 1979 for foundation and plinth with thickness 15cm in: CM 1:6 ( 1 cement :6 coarse sand) etc complete

Plastering with cement mortar 15mm thick,1:4 as per DSR 13.5.1 and finishing plastering to get shape as original wooden patches and cracks design by artistic mason including scaffolding etc..

Artistic painting work with synthetic enamel paint, having VOC(Volatile Organic Compound )content lessthan 150gms/lr, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve required artistic drawing.<br> Old work(Two or more coat including priming coat of exterior primer applied 2.20kg/10sqm)

Modification of existing well in semicircular shape in plan to artistic appearance ,including materials, labour charge etc. complete as per the design and direction of engineer in charge.

Turfing of ground with Bangalore/Korean grass , including dressing and trimming of ground, supplying, mixing and spreading red earth, cocopeat, cowdung etc; planting of turf, watering till the turf takes root, etc; complete

Providing & fixing of Rock Stone Pables size of 0.50" to 2" dia in natural colour at site of work including loading, unloading, carriage and all taxes paid etc.and as per direction of officer in charge.( modified 30.2.50)

Rustic finish stone flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:5 (1cement:5 coarse sand) with joints finished flush.(Modified 11.28.1)

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including weldingand bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.Hot finished weldedtype tubes

Centering and shuttering including strutting, etc. and removal of form for:Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders bressumers and cantilevers

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs, having slope up to 150 landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases up to floor five level excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, with1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (Zone III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level Thermo - Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more

9 mm cement plastering of mix : 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand ) including all cost of materials, labour charges etc complete For decorative works based on 50.13.1

Providing and fixing Ist quality cladding tiles conforming to IS: 15622<br>(thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in laterite colour as per drawings.<br>in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement<br>mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @<br>3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching<br>shade complete.
