Dismantling posts or struts (wood,steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embeded in concrete, brick work, masonry,etc portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (for similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out in soft/loose soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exc 25cm, watering, and removal surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface.

S&F angle iron Posts and struts in fencing including embiding in concrete, cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc, including MS flat iron fillets and MS Nut and bolts, (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting, welding or riveting, etc and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 10mm dia mild steel round bars as in line bars or hooking at one end fixed independently with chain link fencing or fixed the wire mess as strengthening bar including welding and binding etc.complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal /square heads at one end & screwed the other/ screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers & one hexagonal or square nut,length of bolt exc 5cm but n exc 10cm long dia of shank 5 to 10 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm .graded aggregate in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type and in any position by unscrewing nuts fillets, clamps all as directed.

Supply only galvanised steel wire chain link fencing with 4 mm dia made up into mattresses with mesh of size 100 mmx 100mm complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for fixing galvanised chain link fencing with 4 mm dia of wire made up into matresses with mesh of size 100mm x 100 mm and fixed with 10 mm dia MS round bars and straining including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed (Note: 10 mm dia MS round bar shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not exceeding 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs etc.

S&F Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings & straining & fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with & provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed. Note: Each line wire to be measured.

Restraining & rescuring including making good staples etc. Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings & straining & fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with & provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed. Note:- (i) Each line wire to be measured. (ii) Old serviceable item will be obtained from Srl item No. 12 here-in-before

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc.

M&L for framed work as in doors or gates of angle iron, tubular section, square bars and decorative ornamentals or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering door etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering ,running rails and guides ) and hanging , also fastening and fixing complete.( Fe 410 W Quality) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc all as directed.

M&L for Brick work built in cement mortar(1:6) with well burnt subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work built in cement mortar (1:4) with well burnt subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick wall all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or concrete surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc to receive new plaster complete all as directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing) and removing rubbish off the premises.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on brick work or concrete surface as in wall including finishing the surfaces even and smooth (without using cement) all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded aggregate as in copings, bed plates, pintle blocks, anchorage blocks, corbels, brackets, etc.(of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. including form work complete all as specified and directed

M&L broken glass coping on top of walls in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for applying two coats of cement base paint, white or tinted on new wall surface including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed

M & L for applying two coats of acrylic Smooth antifugal emusion exterior weather proof paint over a coat of alkali resistant cement primer on newly plastered surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing wall surfaces and applying two coats of acrylic, antifugal emusion exterior weather proof paint over a coat of alkali resistant cement preimer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for one coat of synthetic enamel paint after preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings (unreinforced) n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) all as directed.

M&L 100 mm thick cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 50 mm thick Cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L coloured chequred cement concrete tile 30 cm x 30 cm x 25 mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment over and including 20 mm thick cement screed bed in cement mortar 1:6. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Sand cushioning below interlocking paver block incl spreading and levelling complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Coloured Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade complete all as specified and directed. Note: Sand coushioning will be measured and separately.

S&F for Granite work 18 to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, windowcills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade of following types complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for heavy duty floor tiles of size 300mm x 300mm 10 to 13 mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment including 20 mm thick cement screed bed in cement mortar1:6 complete all as specified and directed complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for External wall cladding tile of size exc 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm 10 to 13mm thick , set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and including 10 mm thick cement screed bed in cement mortar 1:3. complete all as specified and directed. complete all as specified and as directed complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches, n-exc 1.5 m wide and n-exc 1.5 m in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manhole, pier holes, etc and getting out soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soil n exc 50m and depositing where directed at level n.exc.1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, as in wall cladding complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded aggr) as in surface channels & drains complete all as specified and directed

Extra over for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends.

Add/ deduct for each 25mm girth or part thereof over/under 30cm ditto

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and inany position otherwise specifically provide for complete all as directed

M&L for providing precast cement concrete PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 in cover slabs (for drains etc) and similar articles with plane and set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

S&F TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia cut to length, bend to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for coloumns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips.

All as per Srl item No 50 here-in-before but round bars 10mm dia

Excavation of liquid soil/mud for di-silting/cleaning of area drainage not exceeding 1.5m deep in soft /loose soil and removing materials exceeding 50m but not exceeding 100m and depositing, spreading and levelling complete all as specified and directed.

Labour for cutting brushes, herbs and jungles incl cutting small trees grith n exc 5 cm complete all as specified

S&F for providing and fixing stainless steeel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc incl welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature and fitting the same with necessary tainless steel nuts and bolts complete incl fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc of reqd soze on top of floor or sode of waist slab with suitable arrangement complete all as specified and directed
