Modification of Central Avenue divider from Stambh Chowk to JLNHRC chowk of Bhilai Township

• The bidder shall fulfill the following eligibility criteria for which documentary evidence shall be submitted by the bidder in their offer: A. The bidder should have experience of having successfully completed similar work(s) during last 7(seven) years ending last day of the month previous to the one in which tenders are invited should be either of the following:- a) One similar completed work each costing not less than Rs.377.50 Lakhs (Excluding GST). OR b) Two similar completed works each costing not less than Rs.235.94 Lakhs (Excluding GST). OR Three similar completed works each costing not less than Rs.188.75 Lakhs (Excluding GST). B. "Similar Work" means experience of execution of "Civil works like construction of Buildings / Boundary Walls / Bridges / Fly over / overhead tanks / RCC Road / RCC Road divider/ PCC Road divider. i. Experience should be from Govt. Organization, PSu or public Limited company. ii. In support of eligibility and experience, the tenderer is required to submit self-attested copies of Purchase Order/ Work Orders/Contract, Completion Certificate (issued by the concerned authority). iii. In case, completion certificate is not issued for the PO / Work Order/ Contract, Bidder shall submit a document in original issued by the concerned authority certifying value of completed Similar Works given in the Eligibility Criteria above against concerned PO / Work Order / Contract. iv. The work order and completion certificate / Paid Bills so submitted should be in the name of participating tenderer. All work orders having similar work where completion date falls within 07 years ending last day of the month previous to the one in which tenders are invited shall be considered for evaluation as per Eligibility criteria, irrespective of date of work order.

• C. Financial Requirements:- i. Average annual financial turnover of the bidder shall not be less than Rs. 141.56 Lakhs (Rupees One hundred Forty one lakhs and fifty six Thousand only) during the three (03) consecutive financial years during 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25. ii. P&L statement should be in the name of the participating tenderer. iii. The Bidder shall submit copy of Audited Annual Reports (financial statement) clearly evidencing the Annual Financial Turn-Over figure for 3 (three) consecutive financial years as mentioned herein above in support of their meeting above stipulated financial criterion. iv. The turnover certificate and the Audited profit and loss account certified by the CA members, submitted by party/tenderer in the support of the turnover against the Eligibility criteria shall contain the Unique Document Identification Number (UDIN) for the financial years mentioned above. v. Revenue from Operations shall be considered for the purpose of determining the turnover. vi. The net worth of the bidder should be positive in the financial year i.e. 2024-25, as per Audited Annual Accounts. vii. Turnover shall be submitted exclusive of GST.
