1 Repairing, Servicing and Periodical maintenance of Medical Air Compressors-25 HP, of Ingersoll Rand make, installed at Govt. SMGS Hospital, Jammu. The job involves opening of compressor ends, supply and delivery pipeline, flanges and allied supports, joints of compressor unit. Dismantling of engine side of compressor, opening of cylinder head, pistons, rings, removing of defective items. The job includes providing and fitting of suction and delivery Valve Assy. Kit Complete, Ring set piston-03 Nos., Gasket Air Head-03 Nos., Gasket cylinder flange-06 Nos., Washer copper-18 Nos., Gasket Manifold-10 Nos., filling of new engine oil T-30-5 litre to the compressor unit, changing of air filter and line filter set and re assembling of compressor units after repairs and testing and commissioning of the same for proper functioning on load - (2 jobs) The job also includes repair to Air dryer (Mark make)- 01 no.by way of shifting of dryer assembly to adjacent room after fitting of bypass arrangement and by laying/fitting of medical grade Cu pipelines alongwith accessories to adjacent room as per instructions of Engineer-in-charge and then replacement of damaged air dryer with new one. The job involves fitting bypassing assembly, dismantling of electrical connections, incoming pipe assembly and outgoing pipe assembly, closing of both incoming and outgoing pipe assembly using union and valve arrangement, lifting and shifting of air dryer to a secure place in the plant. The job further involves dismantling of air dryer body tactfully without damaging the electronic circuit and other parts and then cleaning of air dryer using special tools and tackles. The job further includesgas charging of compressor and compressor pipeline – 1 no., SITC of controller kit – 1 no., filter kit- 1 no., auto-drain kit – 1 no.Thereafter assembling of incoming and outgoing pipe assembly to air dryer and re-connecting of electrical connections. Testing and commissioning of the same for proper functioning on load. – (1 job) The job further includes any kind minor works like foundation repair, refixing of bolt, joints repair etc. as per site requirement and as needed for smooth functioning of the compressors.
