Taking down old unsv roof treatment including PCC padding if any, plastering, removing existing bitumen felt treatment including brushing, cleaning top surface of roof slab, brooming etc incl disposing off debris from MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces of roof and similar items, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified & directed.

Roof treatment :- Water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab including parapet as under :- (a) 1st Course : Apply a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384@ 0.40 Kg /Sqm on prepared surface of plaster and after drying of primer. (b) 2nd Course : Applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen grade 85/25 conforming to IS-702 at rate of 1.2 Kg/Sqm. (c) 3rd Course : APP (Atactic Polypropylene) modified polymeric membrane, 5 layered, 3 mm thick weight not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm with 160 Grams/Sqm non woven polyester made at centre core reinforced laid with 75 mm side overlap and 150 mm end overlap, membrane has to be laid with LPG torch and overlap sealed and finished neat, all joints. (d) 4th Course : Apply a coat of hot blown 85/25 grade bitumen conforming to IS-702 @ 1.2 Kg/sqm over membrane and dusted with dry sand @ 0.50 to 1 Kg/sqm. (i) On Non-accesible roof : After providing (a) to (c) provide aluminium paint as per manufacturer instructions. (ii) Coved fillet in PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) of required radius 75mm shall be provided at the junction of roof and vertical surface such as parapet wall/mumty around opening and treatment mentioned above shall be applied followed by a cement plaster 20mm thick in cement mortar(1:6). Note : (i) Roof treatment work shall be carried out through approved manufacturers only or through their authorised personal only.

Preparation of new or unplastered surface of concrete not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of aluminium paint over roof surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards, fibre pulp insulation etc or insulation boards/ slabs / blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets, frame work of any description etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing & fixing of 4mm thick designer ceiling board fixed with screw as per manufactures instructions, laid on hot dipped galvanized iron imposed grid with 24mm wide T-section exposed flanges which shall be powder coated white. The frame work shall comprise of main runner made from 0.33mm thick galvanized steel sheet & of size 24x32x300mm and spaced at 12mm centres securely fixed to the structural soffits by approved hangers at 1200mm maximum centres. Hangers of Gl wire 4mm dia to be fixed by approved rowl plug, level adjusters and screws etc. The last hanger at the end of each main runner shall not be greater than 450mm from adjacent wall flush fitting of 1200 long cross tee with (double stitching) to be inter locked between main runners at 600mm centre to from 1200x600mm modules cross tee longer than 600mm modules to be formed by fitting 600mm long cross tee, tee perimeter wall angle shall be of 0.45mm thick galvanized steel of size 19x19mm and 300mm long of white colour all as per instruction complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling of AC corrugated or semi-corrugated in roof covering including ridges, hips, valleys and flashings etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and as directed.

Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa s in roof covering/cladding to wall, valley gutter, ridge & similar works fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description complete all as specified and directed.
