EC FAN Air handling Units

Pipe modification work, including any additional MS pipe required, for the AHU connections to install the new units along with 50 mm thick puff insulation of 36 kg per cum density and Aluminum cladding, refixing the PIBCV valves with flanges, supply and instalation of thermowells cock valves for fixing temperature and pressure gaugues etc, BMS Senors Re fixing in ducts and pipe lines as per Engineer incharges instruction. The piping shall include all fittings, bends, tees, valves, elbows, reducers flanges, thermometers, Strainer, pipe insulation, special fittings etc. as required for installation and integrating with our existing chilled water pipeline as per specifications mentioned in Technical Bid, insulated CPVC Condanasate drain pipes in the AHU room etc

Dismantling, shifting and leading of exisitng AHUs from the AHU room to the remote scrap yard.

Supply of 0.63 MM (24 Gauge) factory fabricated machine made G.I. ducting along with transverse duct flanges, supports, splitter dampers, vanes neoprene gaskets etc. Complete in all respects as per technical specifications (as per SMACNA Standards)

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 0.8 MM (22 Gauge) factory fabricated machine made G.I. ducting along with transverse duct flanges, supports, splitter dampers, vanes neoprene gaskets etc. Complete in all respects as per technical specifications (as per SMACNA Standards)

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 1.00 MM (20 Gauge) factory fabricated machine made G.I. ducting along with transverse duct flanges, supports, splitter dampers, vanes neoprene gaskets etc. Complete in all respects as per technical specifications (as per SMACNA Standards)

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Acoustic lining inside sheet metal ducts with 15mm thick Open Cell nitrile rubber class 1,having density 140-180 kg/m3 insulation using manufacturers recommended adhesive and complete in all respects as per technical specifications.

Supply and instalation of 125 MM EPDM Rubber Flexible connectors(Expansion Bellows) in chilled water lines complete in all respect as per technical specifications

Supply and instalation of 80 MM EPDM Rubber Flexible connectors(Expansion Bellows) in chilled water lines complete in all respect as per technical specifications

Supply and instalation of 65 MM EPDM Rubber Flexible connectors(Expansion Bellows) in chilled water lines complete in all respect as per technical specifications

Supply and instalation of 125 MM dia CI Butterfly Valves in chilled water lines duly insulated in the same manner and same thickness as piping complete in all respect as per technical specifications

Supply and instalation of 80 MM dia CI Butterfly Valves in chilled water lines duly insulated in the same manner and same thickness as piping complete in all respect as per technical specifications

Supply and instalation of 65 MM dia CI Butterfly Valves in chilled water lines duly insulated in the same manner and same thickness as piping complete in all respect as per technical specifications

Supply of 65 MM dia Y-strainer in chilled water lines duly insulated in the same manner and same thickness as piping complete in all respect as per technical specifications

SITC of 65 MM dia insulated electronic, self-balancing, pressure independent type dynamic balancing valve with integrated 2 way modulating control valve in a single body with digital thermostat. The actuator shall be capable of accepting upto 10V DC and upto 20 mA electric signal and shall provide similar transduced feedback output to control system. The suitable mechanism required to accept electrical power supply including step down transformer ,auxiliary relay shall be considered by the contractor. Maximum close off pressure shall not be less than 6 Bar . The valves & actuators for AHU’s units shall be compatible of linking with Building Automation System. The item shall be complete in all respects as per technical specifications.

SITCof 19 mm thick 40 to 60 kg/m3 density, regular closed cell class 0 nitrile rubber insulation finished with 7 mils factory laminated glass cloth ,anti-microbial protection. Butt all joints tightly and seal all breaks and joints by adhering glass cloth tape,(on duct ) etc. Complete in all respects as per technical specifications

Supply of 65mm dia pipes (with 50 mm thick insulation ) of MS "C" class Heavy duty pipes complete with all fittings and accessories like Bends, Tees, reducers, expansion joints, PUF support inserts with clamps, insulated with 50 mm thick PUF insulation of 32 Kg/cm3 density confirming to standard specification and repairing of damage to building etc. The item shall be complete in all respects as per technical specifications. (for New AHU)

Supply and Instalation of opposed type volume control dampers of 16 gauge GI sheets to be provided with suitable links, levers and quadrants for manual control of volume of air flow and for proper balancing of the air distributions system complete in all respect as per technical specifications

Supply and Instalation of Fusible link type Fire damper of 16 gauge GI sheets with fire rating of 300 Deg C for 2 hr for air distribution Networks , complete in all respects as per the technical specifications.

Supply and installation of Supply air grilles of extruded aluminium duly powder coated with suitable aluminium volume control damper etc. complete in all respect as per technical specifications

Supply and instaltion of of return air grilles of extruded aluminium duly powder coated without damper etc. complete in all respect as per technical specifications

Supply and instalation of extruded Aluminium supply air diffuser with suitable aluminium volume control damper etc. complete in all respect as per technical specifications

Supply and instalation of extruded Aluminium powder coated return air diffuser without damper etc. complete in all respects as required by the technical specifications.
