M&L for sand cushioning with layer of sand 8cm thick before laying of cable and 15cm after laying of cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying of HT underground cable XLPE insulated, screened with extruded semi conducting compound in combination with copper tape (0.3 KA for 1 sec) cores laid up, inner PVC sheathed, galvanized steel strip armoured, overall PVC sheathed electric power cable with stranded compact aluminium conductor 11000 volts earth grade 95 sq mm 3 core confirming to IS:7098 (Part-II) with latest amendements, laid in duct/ trench/ along pole etc including making connection complete all as specified and directed. Note : 1. The end termination joint shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

M&L for cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm, 11000 Volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for HT lightening arrester metal oxide type (gap less) for out door use complete with all fittings and fixing arrangements transmission class discharge capacity 65 kilo amps suitable for 11000 volts including brackets, clamps,nuts, bolts ,washers and connecting to earth wire 4mm dia GI comp lete all as specified and directed with manufacturers test certificate complete all as specified and directed.

S&F air break gang operated triple pole mechnically operated mounted on HT insulators and galvanised steel frame with operating rod of 25 mm bore medium grade GI pipe suitable for operation while standing on ground for current rating 200 Amps suitable for 11000 volt , 50 HZ supply incl 12 insulator and drop out fuse carrier element complete all as specified and directed.

S&F steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-55 (11 meter long) in true vertical position all as specified and directed and including the following:- (i) Excavation in post hole not exceeding 1.5 Mtr wide & 2 Mtr deep for pole foundation & getting out in hard / dense soil, returning, filling in the excavated soil after fixing the pole in foundation, ramming earth around in layers n.exc 25 cm thick and disposal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 meters. (ii) M&L for providing PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 ( using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in base of pole of size 1200mm x 600mm x 150 mm all as specified and directed. (iii) M&L for providing PCC 1:3:6, type C2 ( using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation 1200mm x 600mm x 1800 mm (sub base as mass concrete) for concrete encasing the pole up to GL all as specified and directed. (v) M&L for painting of pole externally with two coats of black bituminous paint up to planting depth. The remaining portion of exterior shall be painted with one coat of red oxide primer and above plinth block/ concrete collar with two coats of aluminium paint including preparation of surfaces including painting of 30 cm wide black and yellow bands (strips) 5 Nos with synthetic enamel paint in alternate layers upto the height of 1.5 Mtr above plinth block and writting pole number and feeder location by white synthetic enamel paint with proper letter size as directed.

S&F ACSR conductor of any size including binding on existing HT poles or new poles with 02mm dia aluminium binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick, MS sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figuers and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps made out of flat iron 25x3 mm, nuts-bolts, of approved size for HT 25 x 20 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for cutting of floor /wall/ road/ footpath for removal of HT U/G cable of any size/ description and making good the same as per existing surface after relaying the same or new cable complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair loop-in loop-out box of size 20x20x15cm made of 1.6mm thick PVC sheet weather proof, dust and vermin proof with hinged door of locking arrangements and slanting cover on top with provision of aluminium busbar of size 25 x 2mm - 2 No fixed on insulator complete fixed on pole with and including suitable size MS flat iron clamps, nuts, bolts and washers, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 100 watt LED flood light powder coated pressure die cast aluminium compact Lumos heat resistance toughened glass including fixing arrangement on wall complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying sub class 'B' bricks, old size, well burnt laid flat dry for protection of under ground cable complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 40mm bore dia GI pipe, light grade for cable protection, fixed to pole/ alongwall/ floor/ under road/ across the drain or nallaha etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor , 1100 volts grade of size 4 core 10 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2,using stone aggregate 40mm graded as in foundation of stays and coping of poles including necessary form work where required and fair finish to the exposed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, using stone aggregate 40mm graded as in foundation for electric poles and making of cable duct including necessary form work where required and fair finish to the exposed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and erection, steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP 31 (09 mtrs long) Class -10 in truly vertical position, including two coats of synthetic enamel paint in black and white strips upto 1.5 mtr height from coping over a coat of red oxide primer including numbering of poles complete all as specified and directed.

Supply installing testing and commissioning of AC 3 phase 50 cycle per second 400 KVA capacity transformer confirming to IS 1180 copper wound step down out door type 11000/433 volts ( at on no load) double wound oil imeressed naturally cooled with internal cooling tubes delta connected on primary ( HV) side and star connected on secondary ( LV) side in accordance with vector symbol Dy-11 ( Vector group IV) with neutral brought on secondary ( LV ) ride and having at (+/-) 2.5%, (+/-) 5% and 7.5% taping to be changed by means of hand operated “ OF LOAD” tape changing gear. The maximum temp raised should not exceed 45 degree centigrate in oil and 55 degree centrigrate in HV & LV winding when measured by the resistance method after continuous full load run and in imfident temp of 40 degree C . The transformer shall be complete with standard fitting and mainly comprising the following:- (a) One cable box on LV side ( secondary side) consist of 4 Nos porcelain bushing with studs made out of copper with nuts and washers and one cable glands suitable for reception of taking out one No 3.5 core LT cable of requested size 1100 volts grade PVC sheathed and PVC insulated armoured heavy duty. b) Conservator with drain valve and oil level indicator. (c) Dehydrating beather with first fill of dehydrating agent silica gel. (d) Explosive vent.

(e) Thermo meter pocket on tank cover (f) One No 100 mm dia dial type thermo meter vapour pressure type having range –120 degree C with more reading pointer maximum indicator and re-setting device (g) Rating plate with terminal marking (h) Two earthing terminal on tank and tank cover to facilitate fixing of 30x6 mm GI strips (j) Oil level gauge (k) Oil drain and filter valve (l) Lifting lugs/hooks (m) Oil filter hole with cap/plug with connection complete (n) Air relief valve plugs (o) Four plain solid cast steel detachable by directional rollers (p) Extra bushing ;for neutral out side the cable for providing independent earthing for neutral. (q) First filling fresh oil conforming to relevant IS and tested upto 40 KV dielectric strength

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of Voltage Stabilizer for autoamatic operation, three phase naturally oil cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 340 V to 460 V with output voltage stabilized at 415 with accuarcy (+/-) 2.5% and speed of correction 8 volts per second and capacity of 25 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing powder coated factory made out door type double door panel board confirming to IP 66 protaction, of suitable size made of Robust steel sheet construction made from min 2.15 mm steel sheet with countersunk holes at bottom for base mounting brackets and sheet steel gland plates for cable entry, formed gasket arround doors, with provision of Lock inserts, earthing straps, door stay and grouted in ground by using angle iron frame of size 50mm x 50mm x 6mm, pedastal type and provided with four nos of angle iron supports duly embedded in foundation using PCC (1:2:4) type C-1 with 20mm graded stone aggregate.
