Supply, install, test and commissioning outdoor type copper wound step down transformer of capacity 160 KVA, outdoor type complete with standard fittings, HT, 11 KV, 3 phase, LT 433 V, 3 Phase, 4 wire with off load tapping on primary side to vary secondary voltage + 7.5% with tapping at every 2.5% all as per EEL-2 of IS:1180-2014 part-I including all amendments to till date with complete all as specified and as directed and including the following:- (a) In cable end box on HV side with cable glands suitable for HT 3 core cable 95 Sqmm. (b) One cable box LV side consisting of four Numbers porcelain with brass bushing rods, complete with nuts and washers with four numbers cable gland suitable upto 3.5 core 300 sqmm LT U/G cable. (c) Oil conservator with filter type drain value and oil level indicator. (d) Dehydrating breather with fast fill of dehydrating agent. (e) Explosion vents. (f) Thermometer pocket on tank cover including thermometer. (g) Rating plate and terminal marking plate. (h) The earthing terminal two numbers on body to faciliate fixing of earth strip.

(j) Oil level gauge. (k) Lifting plugs. (l) Oil lifting hole with cap/ plug with connection plate complete. (m) Air relief valve plug. (n) Initial filling of transformer oil of dielectric strength not less than 60 KV. (o) Two numbers galvanised iron tubing, light grade, 80mm dia, 2 meter long embeddd in wall on HT & LT side for drawing LT/ HT underground cable. Make : Asian/ Prakash Surya/ Jindal. (p) Tap Changer. (q) The cooling shall be oil natural Air Natural type (ONAN). (r) The transformer shall be EEL-2 (Formerly EEL-3) as per IS:1180: (Part-I) 2014 (including all amendments to till date). (s) Core material shall be (CRGO) cold rolled grain oriented steel.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below the normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below the normal ground level connected to galvanised iron earth strip 32 mm x 6 mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel, protected by galvanised iron pipe light grade 40 mm bore all as shown on electrical plate number 3 of SSR Part-I connected to earth test point electrode. PCC pit with RCC cover, funnel with wire mesh, watering pipe 20 mm dia protection pipe etc and testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed. Note Number 1: The unit rate shall also include for earth work in hard/ dense soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) chamber, RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) cover 50 mm thick reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bar @ 150 mm C/C both ways, funnel with watering pipe 20mm dia medium grade, galvanised iron protection pipe light grade 40 mm dia and wire mesh complete all as specified in SSR Part-I 2009. Note Number 2: Earthing strip and galvanised iron protection pipe beyond 7.5 meter will be measured and paid separately if required.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for out door termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3core XLPE, armoured, AIuminium conductor cable of size 50Sqmm to 95 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for galvanised iron tubes of size 80mm dia light grade, galvanised with all fitting, laid in trenches for protection of cable in road/ drain crossing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix MCCBs microprocessor based of nominal current rating of 350 Amps, 415 Volts of breaking capacity 36 KA with lcs = 100% Icu capacities fixed at existing panel complete all as specified and as directed.
