Supplying and fixing of joint free double charged vitrified tiles of size 600mm x 600mm x 8 mm in CM 1:3 of approved quality and colour including cost of all materials, lead, lift etc complete,

Dadooing walls with glazed tiles of size 300 x 200 x 6 mm laid in cement mortar 1 : 2 , 10 mm thick and pointing with white cement using 0.4 Kg / m2 including finishing the joint and pointing flush with tiles surface etc., complete.

Flooring with good quality of solar reflective ceramic Tiles with a size 305x 305 x7 mm of approved make laid with proper slope to drain off water in CM 1:2,min 20 mm thick including cutting the tiles to the required size wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with white cement as per instructed by engineer at site including all lead,lift etc.,complete.

Supplying,fabricating,erecting and fixing of 10 mm thick plaster of paris plain sheet (gyprock Pop board - Saint Gobain make) for false ceiling at a height of 3 m from the existing floor level,including cost of all materials, lead, lift, fabrication, carving, providing cornice work, droping design work,erection charges, cleaning and removal of debris from the work site, Interior painting with two coats of approved interior emulsion over one coat of primer .The False Ceiling design will be provided and execution of work is to be carried out as per the drawing and without any deviation etc., complete.

Providing factory made pre-laminated FPVC (Formed Polyvinyl Chloride) Door Frame of the size 105 x 40mm with a wall thickness of 10mm made out of extruded rigid FPVC profile mitre joined with 6 Nos. of 5mm long screw. The door frame shall be fixed to the wall by using 80mm long screws through the frame with the help of PVC fasteners of 3 Nos. to be provided for each vertical member, GI stiffeners of ('U' channel of size 29 x 9, 1mm, 150mm long) - 3 Nos. at hinge point, frame reinforcement of ('U' GI channel of size 46 x 22 x 0.6mm), bottom tie rod of ('U' GI channel size of 15 x 15 x 1mm), etc., complete complying with the standard specification. The door frame should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work
