Taking down carefully copper / Aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power complete) including fittings, such as switches, ceiling roses, pendant holders, Batten holders, shades conical fan regulators, light or power sockets etc and removing materials from site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls roofs etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully unserviceable main switches and DB's including MCBs of any size any type complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for Point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated and PVC unsheathed (FRLS) multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 volt grade enclosed in and including PVC casing and capping with accessories fixed on surface on walls/ceiling by means of PVC sleeves Dash fastners and cadmium plated screws all as per ISI including sunk type boxes for mounting fitting like switches, socketes fan regulators with 3 mm thick phenolic Laminated sheet top covers concealed in walls etc including 1.5 Sqmm single core multi stranded copper conductor FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed cable as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed for the follwong :-

One light point controlled by one one/way switch.

One Fan point controlled by one one/way switch.

One 3 pin 5 Amps socket outlet on same board with other switch.

One 3 pin 5 Amps socket outlet on independent board.

One bell point controlled by one way switch/bell push

One light point controlled by two, two way switches

Description all as per item No.3.00 above but point wiring with 2.5 sqmm multistranded copper conductor (FRLS) unsheathed cable and 1.5 sqmm copper conductor (FRLS) unsheathed cable as earth continuity conductor for one 3 pin 15 Amps socket outlet point on independent board.

Description all as per item No.3.00 above but point wiring with 4 sqmm multistranded copper conductor (FRLS) unsheathed cable and 2.5 sqmm copper conductor (FRLS) unsheathed cable as earth continuity conductor for one AC socket.

Taking down existing sub main wiring and M & L for new sub main wiring using two single core 6 Sqmm (FRLS) PVC isnulated and unsheathed cable with copper conductor 1100 volts grade ISI marked drawing in and including PVC casing caping/PVC Conduit with accessories like bends, tee, etc fixed on wall and ceiling and connecting to earth dolly and including 4 Sqmm earth wire, (FRLS) PVC insulated & unsheathed complete all as specified and directed Note: (i) Two runs of 6 sqmm and one run of 4 sqmm cable and one run of PVC casing caping/ conduit shall be measured as one RM. (ii) Necessary plastering in the disturbed surface of wall and distempering /white washing to match the existing colour shall be included in the unit rate quoted .

S&F TPN DBs Vertical type 4 way DB 415 volt with provision for FP as incomer and SP as outgoing, IP 43-IK 09 with metal door complete all as specified and directed. Make :- CAT No. 6077 51 of Legrand or equivalent make mentioned in Appx 'B'. Note : MCB's will be measured and paid seprately under respective items.

S&F sheet metal enclosure for single pole and neutral 12 way DB 240 volts, 100 Amp rated bus bar, IP 43 - IK -09 complete all as specified and directed. Make :- CAT No. 6077 12 of Legrand or equivalent make mentioned in Appx 'B'.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate, electrode, 600x600x6.0 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit of depth not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate at depth not less than 1.5m below ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia by means of nuts, bolts, & washers of GI as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I. Connected to earthing test point all as specified and including necessary earth pit, PCC 1:3:6 chamber, 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 chamber cover with 6mm dia mild steel reinforcement at 10 cm c/c spacing in both ways in lieu of CI cover, watering arrangement shall be made with GI pipe light grade of 20mm dia including funnel and protection to earth lead shall be provided with GI pipe light grade 15mm dia upto 7.5 from the earth plate electrode etc including necessary excavation & earth work in any strata and demolition of old and unservicable existing earth pit complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement capacitor of 2.5 MFD suitable for any type & sweep of ceiling fan, exhaust fan, cabin fan & pedestal fan complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs Hylum sheet of sutiable Size 3 mm thick with Brass screw and washers with necessary slots reqired for mounting the fixtures complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Anchor or as per sample.

S&F in replacement PVC rectangular block for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulator etc with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover of size 100mm x 100mm x 50 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for strip opening and removal of burnt winding wire of ceiling fans 1200/1400mm sweep, rewinding the fans with suitable size of copper winding wire, duly providing leathoride sheets, cotton tape, insulation sleeves, varnish, etc including replacing capacitor and bearing with new one complete and reassembling and refixing at site and testing complete all as directed. Note: Rewinding work and replacement of bearing to be carried out at power house at AFS Darjipura only in exceptional case where lathe work is required then only fan to be taken at workshop. Rate quoted is deemed to include for the same.

Taking down and refixing after repairs storage type water heater from wall by disconnecting the electric connection and water inlet/outlet connection from main and repairing the water heater storage type capacity 25/50 ltrs of any type and make, checking the serviceablity of all parts such as inner vessel, rubber gasket, non return valve, heating element, thermostat etc and refixing the same after replacing of unserviceable parts and assembly complete and installing and testing the same as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Taking down ceiling fan/exhaust fan of any size and any type and cleaning all dust/dert etc and apply two coat of spray painting with white synthetic enamel paint including filling cavities with fine finishing surface by filler one coat complete all as specfied and directed by Engr in charge. Note :- Rate quoted is deemed to include for marking/ numbering MES No/Qtr no. No extra payment should be made for marking/numbering.
