Excavating in post holes ( or similar holes) in soft/loose soil each not exceeding 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metres and making good surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing roof trusses (framed), trussed purlins crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. with rolled mild steel FE-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick, of any colour (as approved by GE), having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces over 10 cm width or girth, including preparation of steel surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation in soft/loose soil not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm and getting out complete, all as specified.

Material and labour for Hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63 mm of broken stone or boulders, deposited, spread, levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick ,watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified.

Material and labour for 100 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base of floors, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing structural steel rolled sections as in truss, main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors, fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates, conforming to Fe-410W grade E-250 Quality-A, including one shop coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Factory Made Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickess M-40 grade with grey cement and pigment laid over and including 25 mm thick sand filling, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in kerb stone for footh path and paving etc. (of any section as indicated), machine made, with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete with joints to match, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including removal of debris out of defence land complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roof including segregating and stacking serviceable brick tiles and removal of unserviceable brick tiles / brick bats and rubbish outside defence land, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing bitumen felt roof treatment including cement mortar bedding layer, cleaning the surface and removing rubbish off the premises i.e MOD land, complete all specified and directed.

Demolition of mud phuska on roofs, any thickness, including plaster and leeping plaster and bottom layer of polythene film if any, including removal of retrieved material outside defence land, complete all as specified directed.

Material and labour for roughening surfaces of old concrete slab by picking/wire brush, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc. and brushing neat cement slurry @ 3.00 Kg/Sqm on roof surface, removal of rubbish outside defence land, complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in padding on roof, in required thickness to maintain desired slope, finished even and fair to receive tiles/ APP membrane, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4), using water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions, on brick/concrete surfaces of walls, finished even and fair , complete all as specified and directed. Note :- 1. Supply only water proofing compound will be measured and paid for separately.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4), on brick/concrete surfaces of walls, finished even and smooth, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for water proofing treatment of RCC roof consisting as under:- (a) Applying evenly a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384:1986 @ 0.30litre/Sqm including preparation of roof surfaces (b) A layer of 3mm thick APP polymeric membrane of weight not less than 3.60Kg/sqm, reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (weight not less than 160 gm/sqm), duly sealed at over laps (100mm side lap and 150 mm end lap ) & joints with flame (by torch application) (c) Finally applying a coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 1Kg/sqmtr all as per manufacturer's instructions , complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for 40 mm thick brick tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick cement screed bed in CM (1:6) using grey cement and grouted and pointed flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement, laid on concrete roof, complete all specified and directed.

All as per serial item No 1.20 here-in-before (but except brick tiles), complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Old serviceable tiles as obtained from Serial item No 1.13 here-in-before shall be reused. (ii) The cost of cleaning and washing of brick tiles for re-use, shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the tenderer.

Supply and fixing in repairs 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) bends , fixed to pipes with adhesive, complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing water tanks of capacity exceeding 500 ltrs but not exceeding 1000 ltrs, draining out of water, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repair/cleaning and removing accumulated sluge/dirt scales from tank bottom, side and from mouths of circulating pipes of service tanks located on roof of building and disinfecting the tank using bleaching powder to make the tank bacteria free, writing by stencil date of cleaning of tank with white synthetic enamel paint on black ground "Cleaned on (date)" height of words 100 mm, and hoisting if required, refixing and reconnecting in position after cleaning complete all as specified and directed. .

Dismantling existing water tanks of size exc 250 Litre but n.exc 500 litre capacity and removal from site to store for reuse or credit, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing/hoisting, rotational moulded polyethylene (HDPE) water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top), 500 litres capacity ‘double layered’, hoisted and fixed in position including inlet, outlet and drain pipe with plug, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs PTMT ball valves, suitable for 20 mm bore iron pipe, (weight not less than 210 grams), ISI marked, high pressure, with high density plastic ball , with epoxy coated aluminium rod, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair Gun-metal globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed down, high pressure,heavy duty, ISI marked , screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions of 20 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises including removal of debries out of defence land complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 25 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in floor, finished the surface even & rough to receive the bedding mortar, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for first quality Non Skid joint free ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick, (square/rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, as in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3 Kg/Sqm and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, over and including 15mm thick screed bed/bedding layer in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for First quality with digital glossy finish, glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 350 mmx450 mm x 8 mm thick, joint free on vertical surface, set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3Kg/Sqm, and including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles including 10 mm thick cement mortar as in backing coat of tile in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for first quality vitrified ceramic coloured dark shade tiles 10 mm thick, (square/rectangular), area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 Sqm, as in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3Kg/Sqm and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles including 15 mm thick screed bed of cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 18 to 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) fine grained zed black/red as on cooking platforms, window cills, steps and like, set in neat grey cement slurry @3Kg/Sqm, laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:6), including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Machine cut Kota stone slab 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing and Screed bed or bedding layer of 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 complete all as spcified and directed.

Material & Labour for machine cut Kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid and jointed with neat cement slurry, over and including 10 mm thick rendering of Cement Mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement with pigment to match the shade of stone slabs, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame), not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each and removal, including making good the disturbed surface in CM(1:4) and finishing as per existing specifications and removal of debris outside MOD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Powder coated Anodised aluminium window and ventilator shutters, side hung type without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 Kg/m, with minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron, including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1 No.), hinges type B-21, 100mm long (2 Nos), suitable handle (2 Nos.) complete shall as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Powder coated Anodised aluminium window and ventilator shutters, side hung type with sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 Kg/m, with minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron, including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1 No.), hinges type B-21, 100mm long (2 Nos), suitable handle (2 Nos.), complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brickwork in half brick thick wall using sub class 'B' old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and directed. Note : Old serviceable bricks retrieved from demolition vide srl item No 1.53 here-in-before shall be reused after proper cleaning & washing etc.

Material & Labour for complete removal of existing treatment and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having Volatile Organic Compounds less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistant, dirt resistant exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm of surfaces, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Weather proof exterior emulsion paint and primer shall be of same manufacturer.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or grith and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Note For Srl Item No. 1.60 to 1.67 :- The rates quoted against these items shall be deemed to include the cost for use of scafolding, ladders, cradles etc, removing nails, making good holes, cracks etc, removing furnitures, cub boards, washing floors and wall tiles,cleaning glasses, joinery, electric fittings, wiring, conduits etc of drops, splashes and leaving premises clean and tidy upto the entire satisfaction of GE.

Dismantiling wall and ceiling boards of any description/ thickness including cover fillets, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing perforated particle board 12 mm thick of size 60 cm x 60 cm as in ceiling for insulation and accoustic purposes, including provision of anodised aluminium snap grid frame work 605 mm x 605 mm and hangers 6 mm dia GI (upto 1200 mm length) with level adjusting mechanism, fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of GI flat 40 mm x 3 mm, 60 mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5 mm dia 40mm long complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing perforated particle board/ tiles for insulation and accoustic purposes, 60x60 cm in size, fixed with nails to timber frame work or with staples on snap grid complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Old servicable perforated particle board retrieved from item No 1.69 here-in-before shall be used.

Dismantling wall paneling boards (fibre pulp, insulation etc ) or insulation board/slabs/blanket, any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing 5 mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35 mm for wall panelling inclusive of fixing of wall to make PVC frame, complete all as specified and as shown in drawing in SSR Part I.

Supply and fixing Solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5 mm thick wood grain finish PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications and drawing, complete all as specified and as shown in drawing in SSR Part I.

Note:- 1. Rates shall be deemed to include the cost for necessary scafolding etc. 2. Reinforcement will measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for cutting groove in brick wall, 75 mm wide and 65 mm deep, for inserting APP membrane and shaping & filling horizontal face of groove with cement mortar (1:3) mixed with water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed
