M&L opening the manhole of septic tank, remove night soil and sediments including liquid by mechanical pumping into tanker lorry, cleaning internal surface with water and re-fix the manhole covers, taken away night soil & sediments from the respective vicinities on covered conveyance and dispossed off outside MoD land complete all as directed. Note:- Volume of septic tank will be worked out based on the depth excluding free board or actual depth of sludge, whichever is less.

M&L for cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, smooth finished and reforming benching as required complete for 150mm bore pipe all as specified and directed.

Cleaning the existing covered drains after removing the RCC covers of width exceeding 250mm and not exceeding 600mm by clearing all rubbish soil and vegetation (average depth 150mm) removing and depositing the debris to a distance not exceeding 150m and refixing the covers to its original position complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated material/broken RCC pipe etc exceeding 100 m and depositing where directed at a level not exec 1.5 m above the ground level all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes 150mm dia (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar, all as specified and directed.

S&F 150mm bore reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars, all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, as in bed to drain pipes of 110 mm bore, including packing under and haunching against sides of pipes after they are laid and tested, all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work/block masonry built in cement mortar,all specified and directed.

M&l for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, type C1(1:3:6) using 20mm graded aggregate, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering cement plaster in cement and sand mortar 1:4 over brick or concrete surfaces finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate cast in situ in copings and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including use of form work (straigth or curved) complete all as specified & directed.

M&L TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia , cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, all as specified.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete as in drain/manhole cover slabs not exc 150mm thick, all as specified.

M&Lfor precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in landings, shelves, cover slabs (manholes etc) and similar articls with plain faces, set in cement morat 1:4 with and including necessary form work complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L plain cement concrete 1:5:10, nominal mix, type E-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, all as specified & directed.

Dismantling 100mm dia reinforced concrete drain pipes ,jointed in cement mortar fixed on walls including all fittings such as bands straps etc concrete, all as specified & directed.

-Ditto- all as per item No 26 here-in-before but 75mm dia drain pipes.

S & F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with stainless Steel step clamps of suitable size with nuts and bolts etc. as per the requirement at site and fixed to walls/ laid in floors in repair all as specified and directed.

-Ditto- all as per item No 28 here-in-before but 75mm bore drain pipes.

S&F 75mm bore PVC (SWR) bends any radius complete all as specified.

S&F chain link MS galvanised fencing, of mesh 75mm x 75mm and wire 4mm dia to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire complete all as specified.

S&F mild steel work as in iron post / posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc, flat iron fillets including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde.E-250)quality-A or Fe 290 (Gde -E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over red oxide or zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&l for cement concrete 1:3:6, type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling, post holes and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of MS screw bolts (Machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends each screwed end to be fitted with two washers and one hexagonal or square nut n exc 5cm long having dia of neck exc 15mm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&l for precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with using grey cement & pigment laid over and inluding 50mm compacted thick 12.50mm graded stone course aggregate cushioning as in repairs of small patches /isolated aresa complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete type D-2 (1:4:8) using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundations filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Hard core of gauge n exc 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers nexc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors and pavings exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) & depositing at a place directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in hardstanding, finished even and fair w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in hardstanding, finished even and fair w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed..

M&L 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in plinth protection, finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 22mm thick with white cement and pigments, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding in CM 1:4 for laying floor finishes as in repair of small patches complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of colour wash, all as specified.

S&F in repair Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured)
