Taking down old cement plaster any description on brick or stone wall/ceiling etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in any position not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhat or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) exc 1.5 Sqm but n.exc 4 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames but with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) n.exc 1.50 sqm each.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing) complete all as specified and as directed .

M & L for non skid joint free coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 as in floor etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for glazed joint free coloured ceramic tiles in vertical surface as in skirting & dado, 7 to 8 mm thick area exc 0.06 Sqm but n.exc 0.18 Sqm over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM1:4 set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces on wall in CM 1:6 finished the plaster surfaces fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on ceiling, soffits, chajja projection etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new (Previously untreated) plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint on walls complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 1.25 mm thick Pressed steel frame size 125 x 60mm for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges ( 125mm long-12 Nos & 75mm long - 2 Nos for each door ), lock strike plate, hold fast etc., including Frames shall be filled with PCC 1:3:6., type C-0 (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 32mm thick second class hard wood glazed and skelton shutters open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauge etc (without sash bars ) edges for receiving glass etc size of members of shutters as specified in SSR part -I section 8 clause 8.24 (a)

S & F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fit-ted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, supplying & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of form work to soffit of suspanded slab such as roof slab ,floor slab landing and similar work n exc 200mm thick (horizontally or sloping complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 8mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required incl cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns hooking ends and bindind with ms wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia quality confirming to complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 18 to 20 mm thick Green Marble work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms, wash basin platform and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade including rounding exposed edges complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Pre-painted Trapezoidal profile galvalume aluminium zinc coating steel sheet 0.50mm thick (base metal thickness) of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa minimum yield strength conforming to IS - 513 (1994) coated with hot dip alloy of 55% aluminium + 43.50%Zinc +1.50% silicon and finished with resin coat ( of thickness not less than 35 micron) on both surface @150gm/sqm of coating (total both surfaces) of approved colour as in roof covering/cladding, fixed with self tapping screws (make hilty/fissers), neoprene and epdm washers class 3 of AS-3566(5.5-14X5 for crest and 5.5-14X25 for valley fixed) with 150mm end lap and one corrogation side lap whereever required penetrations and lap in sheet shall be sealed by using proper sealant profile/HDPE fillers shall be provided whereever required to close voids between sheets and fastners etc. as in roof covering/ cladding in straight or curved surface in any height complete all as specified and directed. Note : The colour of sheet for bldg shall be approved by GE.

M & L Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour (as approved by GE) having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards, partitions of any description or in any position (fibre, pulp, insulation etc.) any thickness, or insulation boards/ slabs/ blankets of any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix GI powder coated snap grid frame work for false celling comprising of the following sections for making partitions of 600x600 mm size fixed to walls with rawl plugs & screws and hanged to roof with and including 4mm dia GI wire suspender of suitable length including 4mm thick E-Board classic for, 595 x 595 mm size fixed with staples on snap grid as in ceiling complete all as specified and as directed :- (i) main tee of size -32mmx24mmx0.3mm (ii) cross tee of size -26mmx24mmx0.3mm (iii) wall angle - 24mmx24mmx0.3mm

Dismantling structural steel work including door, gates but excluding framed truss etc.

M & L for machine cut kota stone slab, 18-20 mm thick in riser and thired single piece on steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 including grinding and mirror finshed polishing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for applying a coat of polymer based water proofing compound as per manufaturer's instructions on new plastered surface of wall/ chajja ctc. complete all as specified and directed

Supply only water proofing compound ,complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of concrete surfaces of roof as water proofing treatment in CM 1:4, including finishing the surfaces even and smooth, complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid and seprately.

M & L for water proofing treatment to roofs surfaces including a coat of applied bituminous shalitex primer @ 0.30 lit per sqm evenly on roof surface and a coat of hot bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/sqm shall be applied on primed surface and laying of 3mm thick APP modified polymeric membrane (weight not less than 3 kg/sqm) unrolled and bonded completly to the substrate with side overlap of 75 mm and end overlap of 100 mm and then sealed/fused by flame or bitumen and a coat of hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/sqm shall be applied on top of APP modified polymeric membrane as per manufacturer instruction and finally it will be finished with a coat of aluminium paint @ 0.20 kg/sqm ,complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for sunken floor treatment as described as under (i) to (vii):- (i) Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically Provided or in any type of filling in sunken portion & cleaned the sunken portion incl vertical wall surface complete as directed . (ii) M&L to fill the sunken floor with PCC (1:5:10) type E-2 using Brick aggregarte over the treated surface complete as directed . (iii) M&L 40mm thick (Min) PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate with integral water proofing compound as per manufacture instruction instructions on bottom of sunken portion with proper slope towards spout. Vertical sides shall be plastered in CM (1:3) 15mm thick mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions. Plaster shall be extended over PCC coping when the same is green i.e. PCC & Plastger be carried out at the same time complete all as specified and directed.

(iv) After laying sewage /Plumbing pipes with fixtures in position 2 coats of epoxy compound shall be applied complete all as specified and directed . (v) Spouts of 25mm dia GI pipe light grade projecting 450 mm (02 Nos)clear of face outer a wall with mosquito proof cap on inner face of pipe shall be provided to drain out seepage water including cutting holes and making good if needed as specified and directed . (vi) Test again of water tightness by pounding for 72 hours & rectify defects if any till total elimination of defects complete all as specified and directed .the sunken portion shall be tested for leakage /seepage /dampness by pounding with water for 72 hours .in case any defect is noteced the portion shall be grounted with cement slurry mixed with suitable chemical & tested again .The process of grouting and testing shall be repeated till leakage /seepage /dampness is eliminated as specified and directed.

S&F plain aluminium sheeting 0.56mm thick , alloy 31000 H4 in ridges, hips, valley gutter, drip and straight flashing ( length and girth as fixed). complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for GI wire netting 0.90 mm dia and 12 mm mesh lathing to wood or metal studding, joists, etc. in walls , ceilings, stanchions, beams, etc. including all laps , cutting and waste complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair decorative curtain rod made of MS pipe covered with coloured PVC layer dia of rod 25 mm with decorative ends complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches ,n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5mtr in depth for foundation etc or for shafts ,well cesspts ,manholes etc n exc 10sqm on plan and n exc 1.5mtr in depth and getting out in soft / disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, earth including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 250 mm thick.

Removing excavated material (disintegrated rock) , n. exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.50 m above the starting point, complete all as specified.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in base, surface channels and drains complete as specified and directed.

Taking down Sub main wire including with GI wire earth wire of any size, fixed in any position, complete all as specified and directed.
