Supplying, fitting and fixing of dressed seasoned non-sal wood work framed and fixed (wrought & putup) in trusses, purlins, frames, rafters, doors, windows, ventilators and beams including cost, conveyance, taxes with all labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of 32 mm thick flush door shutter with approved quality of 30 mm thick BWR block board pasted with 1 mm thick sunmica on both sides of approved design and quality including cost of all door fittings and fixtures etc. complete.

Distempering One coats to walls with distemper of approved shade on old work or new work to give an even shade including scaffolding staging charges with cost conveyance, taxes of all materials, labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification and dirction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats with any approved enamel paint to wood/ iron work over a coat of primer including cost of the paint, primer, sand papering, polishing the surface with cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for thework etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying fitting and fixing fully vetrified tiles in floors of size 600mmx600mm of approved make 20mm thick cement mortar (1:4) and filling joints with white cement of appoved quality including cost, conveyance, royalities, taxes of all materials, labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

12mm thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to outside brick wall surface after racking out the joint including watering and curring with cost ,conveyance, royality, taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

16mm (5/8") thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to inside brick wall surface after racking out the joints including watering and curing with cost, conveyance, royality, taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing old lime or cement plaster from wall surface including racking out joints 12mm deep and removing the debrise away from the work site within 50m lead including all labour T&P articles required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Filling in foundation and plinth with sand well watered and rammed including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials, labour charges, T&P etc. required for the work complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

P.C.C. M-15 grade using 40mm to 10mm size crushed stone aggregates mixed by concrete mixer laying in layers and compacting by vibrator & all leads and lifts including frame works etc. including hoisting loweing and laying concree ramming in layers not exceeding 0.15m thick watering curing including cost ,conveyance, royality, taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete including dewatering if required as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing cement concrete (1:2:4) with 12mm size of c.b.h.g chips of approved quality from approved quarry for cement concrete road including hoisting, lowering and laying in position in layers not exceeding 150mm thick over polythene sheet with proper packing and ramming by means of vibrator to proper slope and level including curing with cost conveyance, royality and taxes of all materials, labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Fly ash brick masonry of size in cement mortar (1:6) using fly ash Bricks having a crushing strength of not less than 75kg/cm2 including splays, cutting , circular moulding chamfering and corbelling watering and curing after immersing the bricks in water for six hours before use with watering, curing including cost, conveyance , royality taxes of all materials labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.In Super structure

Supplying,fitting and fixing GCI Sheets of 0.40mm thickin roof including fixing of ridges,wind ties etc. complete in all respect including cost of all materials,labour,T&P required for the work and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, fitting and fixing of M.S. Door, M.S Windows, M.S. Grills ,M.S. Grill Gate and Collapsible Gate with top and bottom rails in proper position including making holes in walls, RCC structure including mending, or cutting to sizes or grooves in walls and fixing with CC (1:2:4) with hard black crusher broken granite stone chips of 12mm with cost ,conveyance, royality, taxes of all materials, labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
