| - | Manning & Operation of fully automatic electrically operated passenger lift of provided make, type and 13 passengers lifts and 16 passengers lift - 10 Nos , covering total (S1+S2+38 STOREYED), speed 2.5m/sec, SS lift installed in the subject project as per tender by placing 02 x lift operators in 1st & 2nd shifts and 01 operator in night shift for both the towers on all days including Sundays and holidays (1st Shift-0600 hrs to 1400 hrs and 2nd Shift-1400 hrs to 2200 hrs and night shift-2200 hrs to 0600 hrs) including taking care of all lifts from any pilferage or damage etc. ,Period of manning & operation shall be 60 months from the date of completion of the project.
(Total 10 Nos lifts) and 1 x lift operator at night including Sundays & holidays during the defects liability period of the project and after for 03 years after the defects liability period of the project, complete all as mentioned below and all as specified and directed:- | - | - | - | - |
