Material and labour for repair to pot holes of any depth not exceeding 1.00 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads/path etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm and more as per site requirement in depth and making good by applying tack coat of paving bitumen @ of 5 Kg per 10 Sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 Kg per 10 Sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings 6.3mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam binder and chipping) depth of pot holes exceeding 30mm complete all as specified and directed.
Material and labour for scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exceeding 400 sqm/ road cutting for drainage chamber, drainage pipe etc. depth not exceeding 50 mm, including rubbish material not exceeding 500m and not exceeding 100mm deep complete all as specified and directed.
Material and labour for soiling (or sub base), 150mm thick (compacted thickness), with broken boulders or quarried stone, interstices filled, surface formed and rolled with power roller and compacted to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.
Material and labour for water bound macadam, 75mm thick (compacted thickness), using course aggregates of limestone/ sandstone/ flint/ quartzite of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size), blinded with stone screening type 'A', spread, watered, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber as required by using power roller 8 to 12 Tonne capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for premixed,Bituminous Macadam with 4% binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber (Consolidated thickness 75mm or less) and gradient with paving bitumen of grade VG-30 grade using mechanical paver and rolling with 10 to 12 tonne power roller/ tandem vibrating roller etc complete all as specified and directed.
Material and labour for preparation of black top bituminous macadam surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a bituminous tack coat of GRADE VG-10 @ of 5 Kg per 10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed.
Material and labour for laying bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 30mm (consolidated thickness) using with 5.5% of binder (grade VG-10) content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using mechanical paver and rolled with 10-12 tonne capacity vibratory road roller rolled to uniform smooth surface ,complete all as specified and as directed. Note- Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete shall prepared in central computerised hot mix plant. complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (ii)Design mix shall be got done by the contractor at his own expenses from laboratory as decided by GE, before laying the SDAC. (iii) A recovery @ Rs 38.19 per kg shall be made if the bitumen content in design mix is found on lower side but no adjustment shall be made if the bitumen content is found on higher side than specified.
