Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from road way cutting and excavation from drains and foundations of all other structures or other source graded and compacted in 200mm (two hundred milimetres) thickness with Three Wheel Roller 80-100 (eighty-hundred) KN static weight roller to meet the requirement of tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per M.O.R.D. technical specification section 300 and 1600 including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer- In –Charge. The rate is including octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetera and other similar structure in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rock chiseling /wedging out rocks ( Where blasting is prohibited) complete in accordance with the line and dimensions shown in the drawings as per M.O.R.D. technical specification section 300 and 1600 and as per direction of the Engineer- in – Charge including setting out shoring and bracing , removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto any lead and lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material to the original surface in layer not exceeding 150mm (One hundred fifty milimeter) compacted thickness including shoring, strutting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water ) upto any depth and quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arrise out during dewatering as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts, other incidental . The rate is including octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete for all type of structure nominal mix 1:4:8 ( One cement : four sand : eight graded crushed/ broken stone aggregate 40mm ( forty millimeter) nominal size on ground or under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water , dewatering (surface and sub soil water) and removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying concrete complete for all heights/ depths including the cost of form work in retaining wall, breast wall etcetera as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification section 800,900, 1200 and 1600 as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge Including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental . Providing Weep holes in brick masonry/ stone masonry/ plain/ reinforced concrete abutment, Wing walls, Return walls, Retaining walls with 100mm (One hundred milimetres) dia with pressure not less than 4.00 kg /cm² (four point zero zero kilogram ) per centimetre square P.V.C. pipes extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1 (one) (Vertically) : 20 (Twenty) (Horizontally) towards draining face complete as per drawing and MORD Technical specification Clause 614, 709, 1204.3.7, as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental .The rate is including of octroi, Royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for reinforced concrete in open foundation design mix R.C.C. grade M-20 (M-twenty ) with graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm (Twenty milimetres) nominal size having cement contents not less than 350 kg (Three hundred fifty kilogram) per cubic metre and curing complete for all heights/ depths including the cost of form work but excluding the cost of reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in drain and sump etcetera as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specifications section 800, 900 and 1200 complete including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental and as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-Charge . The rate is including octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Supplying fitting and placing HYSD bars reinforcement in sub structure complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification section 1000 and 1200 including cutting, bending binding and placing in position complete in all respect including cost of binding wire as per directions and entire satisfactions of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate is including octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing laying spreading and compacting stone aggregate 53mm to 22.4mm (fifty three milimetres to twenty two point four milimetres) specified size to water bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 (Eighty/Hundred) K.N. static Road roller in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming with application of crushable screening at the rate of 0.22 cum ( zero point two two cubic metres) per ten square metres, to fill up the intersitices of course aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading –III size 75mm (Seventy Five millimetres) compacted thickness as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause 405 as per direction of Engineer – in- Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental . Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joints only plain cement concrete pavement M-30 (M-thirty) (Grade) as per design over a prepared sub base with 43 grade (forty three) cement or any other equivalent as per clause 1501.2.2 conforming to IS:383 maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm, (Twenty five millimetres) mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2cum (Zero point two cubic metres) capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side form work (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick (One hundred twenty five micron )polythene film wedges, steel plates including levelling the form work as per drawing, spreading the concrete with shovel, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrator and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars of appropriate dia near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slab for fourteen days using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical specifications section 1500, and curing complete, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental.
